  1. Fuck me Theyve already wiggled in the four freedoms in different ways to accommodate all sorts of different agreements between different country’s. What do you not understand? They will wiggle again.
  2. It’s almost as though your getting the hang of how negotiations work If only we’d used this strategy to opt out of the Euro or get a rebate.
  3. You’re missing the point. All those different models have come about to make bespoke arrangements. Previous EU “red lines” have been discarded to fit certain scenarios. If a deal is negogiated, that’s what will happen here.
  4. ofcourse there’s flexibility The whole chart couldn’t illustrate more clearly how flexible the EU have been over the years to accommodate different models. The EU are absolutely terrified of no deal which is why there was so much relief over there when Sufficient progress for phase 2 was declared. Honestly, you people
  5. Usually no source for a story is a rabid back bencher.
  6. Rather than posting continuous anti Brexit stuff why not just tell me which part of my Brexit you guarantee me I won’t get? Are you 100% telling me we won’t be able to do our own FTA’s Or are you 100% telling me I won’t be able to buy French wines. Which bit of my cake and eat it won’t I get?
  7. I love the way you’re holding The Sun up as some font of knowledge. Maybe enhancement means more policies like statutory rights for workers to take a year off to care for a relative as announced this year.
  8. However he suggested that Britain WILL be able to get the bespoke deal that Theresa May has pushed for, saying: “Each free trade agreement is tailor made to the party with whom the EU negotiates.”
  9. Its almost like you’re hoping we get a bad deal. As it happens, his number 2 who Gemmil references above has confirmed we will get a bespoke deal.
  10. Pretty much what I’ve said constantly. We’ll be better off in 5-10 years, peaks and troughs etc etc. Are you really having a meltdown because we are .4 points behind Germany? One day you’ll learn. Remember the various forecasts from you lot. 2010..... Millions will lose there jobs, 2011..... double dip recession, Brexit will cause an instant recession, OMG the stock markets crashed etc etc Calm down.
  11. It’s nothing to do with race or being overweight, it’s purely the fact she is so embarrassingly out of her depth. Her incompetence was rarely discussed during the many years spent on the back benches / this week late night sofa, but now she’s in line to run MI5 etc and appearing in the media as a serious politician she’s under more scrutiny. Trumps not black and is equally unsuited.
  12. I also don’t recall you jumping in to adjudicate on the daily abuse of May in here.
  13. i came in from work this afternoon, watched Marr, despaired at performance, asked a question (which as usual you’ve dodged). Have you even watched it?
  14. Im not sure what her colour or weight has to do with it?
  15. I challenge anyone to watch Dianne Abbott’s interview on Marr today and tell me they’d feel confident in her as Home Secretary.
  16. Let’s face it, most of you are left leaning remainers. Your not going to find anything positive in this whole process The bottom line is May (a remainer), is doing a fairly decent job of moving Brexit along whilst mostly containing the extremes of remain and leave MP’s and the DUP. She is probably on course to deliver a much better Brexit than would have been achieved under another Tory PM and definitely a Corbyn lead government. I dread to think what state some of you will be in when the really unpleasant negotiations start.
  17. And yet he’s got us to round 2 and the govt has so far won 35 out of 36 Brexit votes
  18. About to jump off Marsden cliffs
  19. It’s a political negogiation and both sides are playing word games to try and keep all parties onside and moving forward. Stop being a snowflake.
  20. Agreed, post another picture so we can guess where you are tonight.
  21. 100% labour voter in 2022 and give them a few years to shake the money tree to boost my retirement.
