Turkey are not EU members and don’t commit to four freedoms so no.
-
The very simplistic version as time is precious. We have a bespoke deal (that the PM has talked about), that allows us to form a new customs union with the EU. Turkey has one and there are no barriers on products except agriculture. Ours would include agriculture. This is why it’s pointless discussing Ireland because this scenario would continue with no border. This is what will happen and how the Ireland issue will be resolved.

We are going to continue trading with Germany not competing as such. As for Ireland if they all decide to get it on and vote to unite, good for them. (Not that it will happen). As for the Irish border I’ve told you many times what will happen in that we want a bespokey customs union thingy, tied up in some sort of associate deal. All sorts of food products move all over the world and “fly” through physical borders. None of these issues are summountable. It will all depend on what cash we are prepared to pay. Personally though if they fuck around this time we should just spit the dummy and walk away.

From day one the UK has said the Irish border would only be resolved as part of trade talks. We are aiming for some sort of associate agreement and some sort of bespoke customs union that would solve all of this. This is otherwise known as the cake and eating it plan. The EU has had a good willy wave but now that the money is on the table they will play nice. That Vladimir bloke will be told to wind his neck in and let the big boys sort it out. This is a negotiation and the idea we should concede every issue is daft.

Subject matter is important but his delivery is a turn off and reduces his audience. He can come across very well when he’s interviewed but struggles terribly in the commons. Personally think he’d harm the government more if he slowed down his delivery and volume.

I struggle to watch him tbh. Far too shouty

Well my teenage girl basically bellows at Alexa to play music or wake her up. As for paying all the expense just to sit on your arse and dim the lights etc. -
Thats what I thought but not so according to Capaldi. ”Harvey Weinstein and the team at Miramax were long celebrated for Malcolm-like behaviour, so in fact they were the people I thought about. That was the model I took, rather than Alastair Campbell, as I didn’t know him.

Echos for teenage girls mostly. -
Whenever you feel yourself setting high expectations for politicians, it’s time to re-watch The Thick of It. Btw, apparently Malcolm Tucker was based largely on Harvey Weinstein.

More good Brexit News as ratings agency srandard and poor upgraded the outlook for British banks with regard to Brexit. Elsewhere, JP Morgan said that a free trade agreement covering financial services would prove even better for banks than staying in the EU. Sent from my IPhone using tapatalk (St. Petersburg).
