Or I was thinking of just putting them on my Google Drive and then linking them to that. A question about that though. If I link them to a folder they can't access or see any of my other stuff on there can they? Without sounding dodgy but you know that anyways

When I went to building college the majority of the class was mature students. There was only 4 of us under the age of 21. Was miles better, it helped everyone wanted to be there (via work like) rather than just the conveyor belt of School - College - Uni.

I looked at one of the OU degrees last year, its a lot more than I thought it would but. But I know a few lads who have done them and its a good option.

I thought we would be a miles better position considering it took the 4 months to find somewhere they liked. Oh well, we shall see. Just come at a shitty time as we go to NYC on Sunday for a week and wanted things sorting before we went!

We will have to do c5k of work on the place. We are willing to up our offer and have told the estate agent that but they sounded bleeding useless. We are also willing to pull out.

Fucked off We had an offer on a house accepted early April. We said we were willing to wait for the current owners to find somewhere. They finally did about 4 weeks ago and had some toing and froing with their offer. Anyways, all got accpted and things moved. We had a valuation and homebuyers done last week. Came back and valued £16k under what we offered which throws a spanner in the works re mortgage. The Homebuyers called up a few items that needed attention. Most significant was gutters and soffit boards. I noticed the soffit boards looked old when we looked around. So we went back with a revised offer this week to take in account the survey and valuation. They have just come back and said we should honour our original offer. WTF. So you think we should just pay £16k over what we have been advised?! WTF! You dicked about for 4 months looking for somewhere to live and now its our fault house prices seems to have changed in that time?! They will only have the same issue with the survey with someone else. We are willing to meet them someway but FFS are they being ill advised or what?

Fuck me, I bet nobody complained about that all too.
