  1. Anyone know what the deal at Norwich is? Apparently someone slept with someones wife and now Holt wants to leave. (I have no reliable source what so ever, just what I heard.)
  2. On behalf of Norway, I'd like to issue an apology for these two nimrods.
  3. Are you shitting me? I loved just about every second of it. Do agree with Ant though... hopefully it wont be Lost set in ancient times
  4. Aeris, I refrain from posting most of the time, but fuck me, what a shit signature. That will be all.
  5. No idea if anyone has already lobbed this on here, but it gave me giggles. £0 Demba Ba has scored the same no of goals in 2011 as £110 million Torres, Suarez and Carroll combined - 21.
  6. Rumblings on twitter and a few forums that a PL star has tested positive for cocaine, here are a few snippets from twitter I assume: ManUnitedTalk ManUnitedTalk Apparently a top Footballer will be named as a cocaine addict tonight He tested positive then He was later sold by his club in a multimillion pound deal but his new team were not told of the drug test I DON'T know the name yet but when i do i will Tweet it The show will be on at 8:00 pm UK time on Channel 4. For those who cant watch i will be Tweeting through out the show. - The show claims to have discovered the identities of dozens of footballers who have failed drugs tests for cocaine and cannabis. Their names have been kept secret by the Football Association and their clubs. It is also claimed 240 drugs tests had to be abandoned between April 2007 and August 2010 after officials turned up at training grounds to discover the players were not there. The show claims to have official documents that show three former England internationals and one Scottish star faced doping investigations after suspicious levels of testosterone were found in their urine. Juicy stuff, sorry if its been posted.
  7. Come on man, those are beautiful! For a boring black and white pair of those in Norway I'd pay around 150 quid. (Maybe lush wasnt the right word, but still they are lovely)
  8. Those are seriously lush. So shit living in Norway as the selection of shoes and clothing in general is terrible.
  9. To be fair to Deano, hes said he'll pay up on monday, so why not lay off him until tuesday? If he doesnt pay up by then this verbal barrage can continue for the greater good and all that
  10. Correct, and if anyone wonders - hes still incredibly bitter about it
  11. Doubt anyone cares, butfigured I'd slip it in here - my old club in the 3rd division in Norway just signed a former Premier League player. Alf-Inge Håland, knee still crocked but was voted man of the match in his first game for his new club. Unsure if I should be proud or not to have played in the same club as a former PL player, cause frankly - the mans a giant dick.
  12. Same here, I'd bring it in but only for that. I think there should be more bans based on reviews for dangerous tackles etc. too though. There's nothing more ridiculous in football that someone getting a red and a 3 match ban for 'violent conduct' of the nature of Gervinho's against us then a tackle like Bardsley's only getting a one match ban because it was a 2nd yellow. This.
  13. You're quite a legend, if you pass they will re-name one of the stands in your honour
  14. Not very updates on this matter, wasnt he supposed to delete his account if Zog didnt sign for us? Whatever happened to that?
  15. You dont have to explain yourself to us, we know you're envious
  16. Understood and duly noted
  17. Like I told you in PM Tom, apologies for the late reply, I've started asking around for a bit more "personal" information about him without, hopefully being a douchebag. Apparently there was a few poster on newutd.no who knew him personally so I've posted in a thread started by "nortoon" who apparently reads this forum as well hoping someone will step forward and tell us a bit on who Tore was. Will PM you the moment I get anything more, and again thanks to all of you, even though I didnt know him personally its still brutal as there arent as many Newcastle fans in Norway as I'd like there to be. edit: and now I see you've gotten most of the info you need - again, sorry for the late replies. If theres anything else I can do, dont hesitate to ask.
  18. He'd probably get let off in this country on some political correctness ruling. Have a look at the size of the island on google earth, there's literally no fucking where to hide it's about 300m by 200m. Does anyone know how he gave himself up? I don't this is the thread for crack like, and whoever is DEADMAN have a fucking word with yourself eh? If Deadman is a real person, then he'll have no problem holding a "I AM DEADMAN" bit of paper up in a pic. Shot and wounded by police. The Norwegians are such huckles. They really fucking are. Can you imagine a Norwegian football hooligan, I've been around them before and they're too peaceful for their own good. If it was wor police we'd have just killed the cunt n ask questions later, like John de Menzies The police were straight up ordered to take him alive, and I agree. Why make him a martyr? Much rather let him live and be despised for the rest of his life. In a few months time no one will care about him, only about the people who lost their lives. His name wont even be mentioned anymore. I do agree that our justice system is way too soft, seeing as we've been dealing with lots of immigrant criminality - coming in here, joining gangs and shooting innocent people. Nothing gets done about it other than prison, one of the main reasons the gunman went out to that island was because the current regimes immigration laws were too "soft" for his taste.
  19. Isn't that like a 5 year rolling sentence? He serves his 21 years and if he's still deemed a threat they add 5 years on, then 5 years later they can add another 5 years on etc. Unsure how it actually works, it was just briefly explained by some lawyer on TV, but he also said that he will never leave prison for the rest of his life.
  20. RIP. I agree, he was a devoted Newcastle fan and it would be great if the club was notified about it.
  21. General opinion in Norway is to have a behind doors trial so he wont get what he craves most of all, getting a hard on from all the attention. So great, have him, his lawyer, and the judge. Should be all you need anyhow. And even though the maximum amount of years is 21 in prison, you can get what we norwegians call "forvaring". No clue as to what the word would translate to but it basically means that the government reserves the right to keep him in lockup simply because they deem him a threat to society. So he wont ever get out of prison, I can atleast guarantee that much.
  22. The impact of both events has been massive, thousands and thousands of people in the streets of Oslo laying down flowers and poetry. A lot of pubs and clubs are closing doors today and the ones who are open - or at least many of them will give large percentages of what they earn to whatever need there is for money even though I doubt it will be necessary. Just thought I'd chuck this one in, because it shows football can be a show of solidarity as well. Just a shame it had to be Liverpool:
