  1. Yeah let's keep a crap makeshift left back in the side while Santon finishes his memories of playiing for Newcastle (one page). Santon's 20 year old ffs. Tell you what, we'll throw him in against Nani and Valencia for his first PL game in English football and see how he copes aye? As mental as calling for Ben Arfa to start as soon as his bones were mended. Puffs the lot of em. Santon is an Italiana 20 - he's 15.

  3. HBA was different class. [/Pulp] He is as good as Nasri. The problem with Raylor has been brewing but has been disguised by the odd good free kick and that goal. A lot of what Raylor has got away with is cause Guti has been doing half his defending. When Guti has an average game (the last two) then Raylor suffers.
  4. Hba played really well today and was unlucky that one didn't just bounce in off the post. Many divine touches on the ball. These are the games where a makeshift left back gets found out...Raylor completely out of his depth and not just the mistakes, his concetration, postitioning and tackling were all poor. Not idea why Santon can't get a game. Deserved win for City who dominated nearly the whole match, Sameobi some nice touches and I like the way he runs so freely with the ball.
  5. Really enjoyed the passes and exchanges with Hba.
  6. and again, he's returned to the taylor we all know Bye, bring on santon Two blunders at the wrong ground. Muppet. Other than that thought we were holding on nicely. Lovely reverse pass from Hba and Ba should have scored.
  7. Aussies as I see it are basically South African lite.
  8. "Why I hate Australians Do Australians actually have any redeeming qualities. Don't say you know a nice Australian - a good bloke - because I bet he has been living in West London for 15 years, and his parents were born in England. He doesn't count. They live in a beautful country, with an excellent climate, a whole continent to explore. They have a reasonable standard of living, love a barbie and a beer, and a dip in their swimming pools. They have no political enemies living on their borders, and would be the country most likely to survive and thrive after a nuclear holocaust. So why are Aussies such wankers. Racist, ignorant, stupid - genetically thick, close-minded, sport obsessed, soap watching morons. With an Aussie, everthing has to come down to the lowest common denominator. They single handedly humiliated, subjugated, and destroyed their indigenous peoples. They offer nothing to the world in terms of technical or scientific advancement - not even a good sun bloc!! They scream and cry and debate endlessely about the only thing that registers on their political radar, and thats immigration - convienently forgetting that they serve as one of the best examples of how mass immigration supplants and destroyed an indigenous culture - through numbers and force of arms alone in a few generations. I hope that twenety million Vietnamese boat people manage to land in Australia. Payback's a bitch. The cricket fans among us will know that the Ashes are currently being contetsted. The England team have only been in Australia for three days, and already, their british born Sikh bowler is being abused for no other reason other then he is brown. The same happened to the South African black pace bowler Ntini, when he was there a few months earlier.
  9. Did it never occur to you that I said that to see some politically correct arsehole get emotional, and what a whopper I caught. Ignorance is thinking Japan should beat England. Mate lets see how courageous you are, we'll up the bet to £1000 - straight up offer. Emotional? I'm not particularly bothered by your views fwiw. I thought that should be evident from my post. By the by, your position throughout this discussion has been consistantly racist. Did that not occur to you? The irony of this escaping you has not escaped me. Finally, if you want to talk about being 'emotional', how about you, in your fit of idiocy, confusing me with the bloke you've actually been having your little Japan v England argument with over the past 8 pages. Numpty. At worst Stevie's bi-polar, at best he's got A.D.D. In any case it's better to not make fun of those with mental health issues tbf. Why would I care what a far from interesting dullard Australian thinks about me though? Get to bed you nobhead. Your contribution to this board is ungraciously commenting on Australia losing to England in cricket and rugby. That's all anyone could define you by on here. As for the other Aussie ToonOTL pinpoint and define why anything I've said on this thread is racist you stupid cunt. If you can't do it...pipe down. Actually I've winded down tonight with a swim outside mate. Ever done that before, Stevie? Beautiful night, it's still 26 degrees out there and not a drop of wind or a cloud in the sky. I've just opened a bottle of Coopers (me third for the night) and awaiting the Man City vs. Newcastle game which I'll watch. I'm skipping the Arsenal game. I'm instead skimming through my e-mails whilst listening to a bit of Pearl Jam amongst other tracks on the i-pad and downing some pretty big Pacific Oysters - fucking delicious and briny things they are - taste like the ocean, man. Anyway a word of advice - know who the fuck is who that you're addressing on a forum, by failing to do so you end up looking like a complete fuckwit. OK? The country is running out of water though.
  10. Patrice Evra, the Manchester United defender at the centre of the Luis Suárez racism case, has been accused of overreacting and "crying like a baby" in an astonishing attack by Gus Poyet, a friend of the Liverpool striker. Poyet's condemnation flies in the face of the Kick It Out campaign's instruction for footballers to report anything they consider to be racial slurs. But the Brighton manager believes Suárez has been harshly treated and his dismay about his fellow Uruguayan being charged by the Football Association manifested itself in an outburst about the behaviour of the alleged victim. "I believe Luis Suárez, it's simple," Poyet said. "I played football for seven years in Spain and was called everything because I was from South America, and I never went out crying like a baby, like Patrice Evra, saying that someone had said something to me." Poyet, who has befriended Suárez since the striker moved to Liverpool from Ajax in January, is not convinced the FA has enough evidence to warrant a charge of using racial insults. Suárez has denied the allegations and will plead not guilty. "I'm surprised, in a really sad way, that he has been charged," Poyet said. "Really sad. I think it's worse to charge someone because you trust one person when you have no proof.
  11. Norwich 1 Arsenal 1 Everton 2 Wolverhampton 1 Man City 2 Newcastle 0 Stoke 3 QPR 0 Sunderland 2 Fulham 2 West Brom 2 Bolton 3 Wigan 0 Blackburn 0 Swansea 1 Man Utd 2 Chelsea 4 Liverpool 0 Tottenham 4 Aston Villa 1
  12. It's fair to say we're competing for 7th with the likes of Everton and Villa and we are curently streets ahead of them. Still think that if key inj hit and the lack of sqaud depth (if not partially rectifyied in Jan) could see us finish as low as 10th. It's frustrating because the squad is really only 2/3 short of really having a go this year ie 7th and upwards.
  13. Reg Liv..Dalglish will be gone by the end of the season/summer and it will take another 100m to rectify his transfer bungles. Right now we are getting that extra 10% out of the squad and Liv still really haven't gelled or know how to play IMO buying Carroll has complicated things. Not sure the Liv backers will dive in to the market so freely next summer. IF we can push on a little in Jan and then consolidate in the summer (maybe sell only ONE BIG PLAYER and buy 2/3 more scratch and sniff prospects, IMO we may be able to stay with Liv or maybe even sneak ahead. Suarez getting a 6 game ban or someting of that ilk will also grease our wheels. For me Spurs are competing with Arsenal for the 4th CL slot. It would be a body blow if LIv don't get in the CL this year as I think that was the plan on which money has been gambled.
  14. Sponsoring the shirt and the club is the kind of thing Ricky might do.
  15. Euro employment law put paid to the 3 foreigner rule. If club sides HAD TO name 6 players who qualify for Eng in their PL 21 squad that would be a start.
  16. I hope he gets found wrongly found guilty, banned for as long as possible and heads off the continent in a strop. Without him Liverpool are fucked Think sooner rather than later Fifa have to draw a line in the sand reg racism and hopefully the Saurez hiatus is the one.
  17. Me and Alex were saying more or less what Flair said 500 pages ago. Eng football is built on some kind of Arthurian legend of mythical proportions and the court of King A never really stretched to Bangalore...Peshwar or Derra (made up).. If you look at the best French and Dutch players of recent times they weren't white anglo saxons either..Even the whiter ones like Zidane and say Benzema have a bit of Arab blood...The Spanish of course carry the legacy of the Moors (Blacks)...If we really want to get down to it the root race of the planet (Africans) are probably the most suited to the rigours of most sport inc football. Indians prefer cricket cause it's more cerebral [/pubtalk]
  18. Crap goalkeepers for a while, crap tactics (and undisciplined players), crappish technique in half the side, lack of confidence in big moments (always a feeling summat will go wrong)...It's a long old list......Crap at penalties. Too many foreign players in our big club sides stopping local talent developing.
  19. Will be 0-0 at half time, but we'll lose 2-0 as we tire.
  20. Carroll coudn't do this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9G89gGJayA&feature=related
