I once suggested to hubby that he bought his tools for work and racing from a pound shop. He did laugh Said they are little more than 'toys' and would last 10 seconds with any real use, he always buys Snap on...it really is the best, you get what you pay for, quality and it lasts. He recently asked the snap on agent how much he has spent all in all over the last few years, said i wouldnt want to know the reply Anyhow eventually he told me....£4,200

My first time was truely awful, embarrassing, fumbling, painful and totally lacking in feeling Was just glad to have got it out of the way tbh! Tonight, ive lots to do later, so a quick dinner, good ole sausage, mash and mushy peas, followed by raspberry trifle (made by moi)

I've been doing a beef in red wine, its delicious!! I used topside for it the other day instead of stewing beef and my god, it was melt in the mouth, served with diced swede, parsnip, carrot, shredded red cabbage and creamy mash, mmmm! I have bought a slow cooker as my friend rekoned hers was a life saver, i havent unpacked it yet, not worth it now as we're moving soon, but i will get round to using it.
