I'd be embarrassed if I were him, every statement he's made and believed to be true has been ripped apart and showed him for the fool and liar he is. I sincerely hope he's still a teenager otherwise I fear for him. Do you understand that in phase kits, each phase not only increases power, but also any components that might suffer from the power increase. What about the camshaft, cylinder head, pistons, turbo, intercooler, clutch, gearbox etc? If two components are made to exactly the same specification, but during their working life one has 30% more force exerted on it, which would you expect to break first? I also find it difficult to believe you don't get monstrous torque-steer. Every performance Astra from the original GTE has suffered with it and you could count on the fingers of one hand the number of front-wheel drive hatchbacks that handle 200bhp+ properly.
