Burn is the new TOT

TOT couldn't turn but wasn't dead slow in a straight line.

So we're just going to ignore Dubravka steaming out when there is two players on Elanga? Ok then.

It isn’t his fault though. Everyone knows he’s slow and is likely to struggle against a pacy winger. Blame Howe for putting him in this position where he’s going to be exposed.

If you remove Burn we've hardly been troubled defensively. Even in the last game. It's beyond silly now and Eddie got to give his head a good shake.

Hahaha man. Eddie just put him out of his misery ffs please

He has to be brave and admit making a mistake, he must not wait until half time.

I feel that this cannot be put on Burn. He is too slow to be playing against Elanga. It is crazy that he started. I just do not get it.

Almiron showing the delicate touch of a rapist every time the ball comes near him this evening.

I'd say Dubs' lack of coming out nearly cost us for their first chance. He's tried to come out for the second and been caught out doing so. Poor judgement.

Dubs is more at fault for the goal than Burn IMO. He stays on his line and he has a chance to save it. He had no real need to come out.

Elanga‘s first chance got their fans going as well. Really poor from us. If Howe doesn’t change things we will lose this one as well.

So how much cover in midfield did Dan Burn get?… we’re still suffering from teams dinking it over the top of the press…

I like Dan burn but he just hasn’t got the pace to play fullback against Elanga. It’s obvious

It's almost like this will make him double down on his decision. We've shown our weakness and everyone is taking advantage. Space is Burn's enemy and the way we play ensures that if we turn it over they will have it. Our midfield were wildly out of position for the goal mind you, which meant that Gibbs-White had all the time and space in the world to set up a race that could have only one winner. Dubravka probably right to charge out, good/lucky finish between the legs.
