Wouldn’t be so quick chucking that about when you had a full blown shit-fit about your little snooker vest. The only biker in the world who hasn’t took the stabilisers off yet.3 points

They all seem largely obsessed one of Stewart’s mates that is involved is a pr bloke. Apparently that’s class and is just what they need, they do know most clubs (likely including their own) have pr staff, having one as an owner is no benefit.2 points

Apparently on Twitter talking about turning the floodlights off during night games in spring to cut costs. Truly the dawn of an exciting new age.2 points

Anyone expressing any doubt over the financial clout of The Don is quickly being shot down for making things up, being negative, and having no sources. I'm yet to see any sources as to exactly how big The Don's bank account though. They are in full on delusion here. Denial even. If we had just gone into League One and had been given away to some bloke who immediately started talking about 'living within our means' I'd be getting ready for a long and painful time. Not rambling on about the Premier League2 points

Right, this doesn’t make a lick of sense in any context, you weapons grade simpleton. It’s not funny, it’s not witty and you’ve well and truly run your course. Take some more Brain Force and fuck off back to YouTube comment sections2 points

This is worth a read that shows Corbyn's fears to largely be pointless. http://www.politics.co.uk/comment-analysis/2018/02/27/corbyn-on-state-aid-fact-checked2 points

What the fuck is coming out of Gayle's head? It's like he rubbed chow mein into his scalp, then a bat shit on it and stimulated growth.1 point

Aye that’s what this blokes plan is. Stabilize the spending, and try to get them up. Of course as you say it’s big if’s as getting out of League One while trying to run a profit is very difficult (and will get harder after 1 year when the next 3 drop from the Championship). He will then aim to sell if he can get them in the Championship. I know the mackems think there’s some mystery backing but imo this bloke is it. Who the fuck would have the owner of Eastleigh as the frontman? It makes no sense. I also agree with Quiff, Short hasn’t fucked off without clauses. He will have took the remaining parachute payments, it’s also possible that he’s took ownership of the stadium and will lease it to Del Boy Trotter. Obviously it’s all guesswork but I find it canny hard to believe the bloke will essentially write off £130m (plus what he paid for the club since he gave it away) after 10 years of utter hassle and abuse.1 point

Given their record with commemorative sculpture, I reckon a “Thank You” card would suffice.1 point

I'm still sceptical about the debt-free claims. At the same time, Short also claimed he'd knocked back higher offers for the good of the club. How skint were the other blokes then? I suspect these chancers were the only show in town, and a condition of the deal includes Short being able to spin the sale however he wants to, unchallenged.1 point

IF he can stabilise the club and IF he can get them promoted to the Championship within a season or two then IF he can make them a mid-table side on a tight budget and IF he can then sell the club to someone willing to invest a bit of money they'll be in a decent position. But that's the best possible scenario for them at the minute looking at the next 3-4 seasons. Obviously nobody knows what lies around the corner but it seems implausible they're about to start spending lots of money any time soon.1 point

Was actually thinking of you doing this exact thing when I said it.1 point

Back at the Christie for my last CT scan. The gastrografin tastes mint after a weekend on the piss, be worth it if I don’t have to come back for a 3 years like.1 point
