Anyone really that arsed? Probably not, which is worse than being angry in a way. Echo the sentiments re: why the fuck would anyone go?3 points

Giving their top goalscorer away for the sake of a couple of million and jeopardising their promotion push though absolutely senseless. The only conclusion is that the fucking chancers in charge couldn't fund a couple of million and Bordeaux wanted their money. They still think they're the salt of the earth though:lol:2 points

I'm seeing lots of 'enjoy the bench' as if he'd rather be grafting in league one than trying to establish himself in a top flight league with a team who regularly compete in Europe. Anyway, according to a few mackem mates he was shit anyway. Which I can well believe.2 points

Well that’s me done for now. These kale and avocado smoothies won’t make them selves you know2 points

That’s the problem. It’s the same brexitesque approach we see every transfer window. Leaving it late and watching things going tits up. You could think there is a method in it though...2 points

Seemed to lose his eye for a player too. His first signings at Chelsea were astonishingly good. He went from finding the likes of Robben and Essien to spunking a fortune on the likes of Bailly and Fred.1 point

Watching that was fucking painful. 5 reasons it was painful to watch, Joselu, Kenedy, Murphy, Manquillo, and at home. C'mon Rafa, it hurts.1 point

He's the Glenn Roeder to Mourinho's Graeme Souness. I hope they keep him next year when the joy of losing José wears off.1 point

I'm not ITK, but I have this on good authority, apparently the deal broke down because Rafa refused to foot the bill for the medical on top of what it was going to cost him to pay for the loan fee, player wages and agent fees. His scouts work pro bono so it’s not as if he has too many expenses he can’t afford to pay a medical bill. As the manager, it’s about time he started investing in the team properly and putting his money where his mouth is. Need new players? Well f***ing spend some money then! If we go down because we weren’t willing to pay extra on a medical, there will be hell on. I’ll leave renewing right until the last minute, let them sweat for a change. Amateurs... Taken from NO..1 point

He was crocked, you can’t blame Charnley for that. You can blame him for leaving it so late in the window to even attempt a loan deal.1 point

He’s basically not Mourinho. And that’s why the players have responded. Hope he gets the gig full time.1 point

As the chance of a second referendum becomes marginally more possible, I find , bizarrely, that I’m more apprehensive about it than ever- if I’ve realised one thing in the time since Cameron fucked the UK in one fell swoop, it’s that I’ve consistently underestimated the rank stupidity and blind bigotry that courses through the veins of a remarkably large number of our fellow compatriots. I fear that , given a second shot at not becoming a third world country, the bigots, racists, Tories, and plain fucking thick-as-mince cunts, will take the opportunity to double down on the mind-numbing arseholery and turn out in their droves. We could recover, on the global matkets, from one instance of national idiocy. We won’t get a second chance. Can we have another Civil War, please?1 point
