Cracking game that. Maguire should have scored at the end but not sure why Zirkzee didn’t play it along the ground for him.
-
I’m expecting Manure to get an absolute dry bumming here so it’ll probably end up 1-0.
-
The ref gave it as a handball though which I think he was both unlucky and lucky in that situation. It stopped a good counter for Spuds.
-
It’s fascinating reading the spurs forum and then our views on the refereeing. Obviously both contain bias but they are worlds apart. They are also whingeing about our ‘dark arts’ 😂
-
I’m not even sure Dan Burn even handled it. It looked like it was around shoulder area which is why I think he escaped the second yellow. To be fair though, if the ref deemed it a handball then he should have walked.
-
Yeah. I think Longstaff will get the nod. im also not sure Botman can play two games in 4 days so we might see Kelly start?
-
they are resting Odegaard and Martinelli today.
-
I think they wanted Burn sent off for the handball as well. also, it seems that Joelinton should have been sent off multiple times 🤷♂️
-
Lovely to have Botman back. He looked rusty AF at the start but grew into the game and pinged a couple of beauty long balls. Tino was superb first half and did his job well in the second. Lewis Hall is a diamond and will get better. Bruno and Big Joe were powerhouses in the midfield.
-
Bournemouth, Man City, Villa and Brentford still won. Very tight for the European spots.
-
That’s a man feeling the pressure right there. I quite like the bloke to be honest. He won’t be around much longer though.

It’s arguable that Dazzler should continue even if we get beat.
-
Great win. We looked tired in the second half but it reminded me of 22-23 season where we got the job done in the first half then we were hard to breakdown in the second.
-
We are blowing it out our arse here.
-
I’d imagine Son and Maddison will be in soon. And we normally fade in the second half so will be a tough finale.
-
Dubravka is not in the same league as Hooper. i think the two worst goalkeepers I’ve ever seen play for us are Karelse and Mike Hooper.
-
Forster is being asked to do things he isn't comfortable with. Wrong profile to play for Spurs.
-
Agreed. He tries to find a solution to win a football game. He is probably the least stubborn manager in the league.
-
Tomorrow will be a big test for Dubravka. He’ll be worked and will need to be speedy off his line. He is a million times better with his feet and allows us to play out more. He’ll be 36 in a couple of weeks so I can’t see we’d get a lot for him.
-
The pace is a bonus but he was absolute dog shit v West Ham and Antonio give him a tough ride physically. He’ll know Solankes game well so that might be a bonus.
-
It’s actually in Goldridges own interests that Man Utd are shit. He’ll get far more many views when they lose. And he’ll know this.
-
CBS have to bring the ball out and also be available to receive the ball in tight situations (which we’ve now started to do since Dubs can facilitate that.) I’d imagine being a left footed CB , they rarely play on the right side so it will be slightly unfamiliar for Kelly. Plus we lose Schars ability to start play.
-
I assume Lloyd Kelly will be given the nod at RCB which will be tricky for him. It’s probably a push to throw Botman in but either way we have 3 LCBs (4 if you include A. Murphy) and no RCBs available.
