(the football especially gets on my nerves...between papers, motson & co, 1966 etcetc) Most decent England supporters hate the English media's over hype of the England team just as much as the rest of us do, you can add to that the inevitable comments from England players every time a tournament comes round (that they're involved in) about how it's 'their time', it's not enough of a reason to have a hatred of the team though.

We're leaving it a bit late, I'd imagine the club has known about this for a while and it's just his injury that has held the deal up so fingers crossed we have a replacement lined up.

Professionally it's a disastrous move though, he only has a few more good years left in him and he'll be most likely wasting them in the Championship.

I don't get this at all, he was one of our better performers last season in a position in which we're reasonably short so why would we want to sell him? And why would he want to move to Stoke of all places and play for a team that are hot favourites to go down?

Speaking of which, hasn't the time limit to bring a claim expired? Unless he is basing his case on the way his career went after that, in which case I don't think he has got a chance in hell of suceeding.

Just a little tip Stevie, next time you get someone's password how about not coming on here and bragging about it? It generally helps not to arouse suspicion.
