  1. Well it's the same thing, shows he stands up to sectarianism, was a brave thing to say imo. It's just a bit of a leap tbf. And N. Ireland's economy is suffering greatly from the fact that the Republic are offering a much much lower level of corporation tax so getting inward investment is tough, something Mr. Brown has refused to do anything about.
  2. I knew he had called for a united Irish football team but never as a united country. Any source on that?
  3. lol did you write into Jim'll fix it to meet gazza by any chance i'm hoping your just that obessed with the guy and your not actually that much of a ..actually lost for a descriptive word for that rant.. i'll go with mong feel free to take some time to write to the non local players at newcastle telling them to "fuck off home" or something to that note did you run for the BNP by anychance? @above picture yup lost sympathy for people that stupid, and i never did have sympathy for drunks and wife beaters don't like george best either and he didn't do anything secterian, do keep up i know it's hard with you being more than a bit thick but have a go anyways So you have no sympathy for 80% of Ireland? I didn't run for the BNP or support for a variety of reasons but mainly because, I would like us to give complete autonomy to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. That is not part of their manifesto, these places are nothing but a drain on our resources, well not so much Scotland but the other two oh dear. As for George Best, he lived his life, large parts of his life were as good as it gets I'm sure world at his feet etc... and he as a protestant bravely called for a United Ireland, and United Irish football team, I think that deserved applause, and it would've been a good thing for us too to finally wash our hands of it. Eh? Where did you get that from?
  4. apologies things like that tend to get my back up silly me ya know being oversensitive to things like that, no harm but considering one of my friends was shot and killed because he was outside a catholic bar (pity he wasn't catholic), You mentioned the flute, I'm sorry your friend died and all that, that's a bad story, but you mentioned the flute, you can't conceal your utter hatred towards Gazza because of something that doesn't even deserve to be called a minor incident. You mention "the troubles" like people care. No-one fuckin cares, the only time we cared was when you cunts were bombing us. Take your bigottry and fuck off to IRA minded or Swallow Swallow where you can talk to like minded people.
  5. He was playing for Rangers at the time and trying to wind up their arch-rival's fans, I really don't think he meant anything by it. Yes sectarianism tends to wind people up, like andy goram wearing the black armband (same match i think) and when David Healy did the flute bit the other week against celtic Goram is a different story altogether, he was a genuine bigot. Gazza wasn't and Healy was simply having a bit of banter with the Celtic fans and it seems to have been blown out of all proportion. I really don't think Gazza had the intelligence to realise exactly what he was doing and it's no suprise that, as alex said, Goram was behind it.
  6. That's why if he is to do it then he'd need to bring Sheryl with him (assuming they're back together). The club can only help him so much but they can't keep an eye on him 24/7, he really would need someone else looking out for him and not his only drinking partners.

  8. Clubs and ex-footballers can come out with all the rhetoric of how they'll offer to help him through his problems but unless anyone actually offers something concrete and useful then it's all bollocks. At the moment what does Gazza do with his day? Not a lot I'd imagine. I reckon the best thing for an alcoholic is to get some stability in their life, find a purpose to get up in the morning and do something they enjoy and if we could help him do that then I think we should. What's the worst that could happen? He fucks up and the press take the piss out of us? Well they're already doing that so fuck them, I think it would be a great gesture by the club to help out an ex-player obviously in need.
  9. Best fans in the world Toon army? I would be embarrassed if the spurs official site published crap like that. You're right, what we need is more homo-erotic photos of the boys. http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/artic...aves120708.html http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/artic...boys120708.html
  10. Nah, players are no longer cup-tied by the Intertoto.

    Joey Barton

We should be petitioning that judge to make his ban from Liverpool city centre a permanent one.
  12. Uh oh, swear they ad the extra 1k to make it sound legit and more believable £40k pw in another article I just read. Finger in the air methinks.
  13. On the wind-up again? i never was tbh. i know duff's been shite but when you look at the squad it's so short on quality that we can't afford to let him go just on the off chance that he starts playing like he used to again. Depends, if we get Warnock in we'll be replacing a shit player with a good one. Duff'll never regain the form he once had btw. you're probably right but i think he's one that might be worth gambling on in case he does. i'd certainly risk him regaining his old form over keeping the likes of smith and barton, who never had any decent form to speak of in the first place. Eh? Barton was an excellent player for City and showed more form at the end of last season than Duff has in his entire time here. If we're looking to get rid of one of them it should be Duff.
  14. The point is that Duff is on big wages that he's not justifying. I get your point that we need to build a squad but for the money Duff is on we could probably pay two players of equal quailty.
  15. Tbf that was probably fixed so they had the best car and driver for those challenges rather than fixing the times themselves.
  16. Nice that they let the caddy have the odd shot too.
  17. The Woodgate and Bowyer incident?
  18. He's shite but I wouldn't put him in the same league as Diouf and Barton, he seems to be a quiet enough fella off the pitch.

    A few more quotes:
  20. The score. The film's shite too y'know. Just when you think there's someone else out there...
  21. It's absolute garbage man. Yes Happy Face, have that.
  22. According to some ITK on a Spurs board he's on wages at Sunderland that would make him far and away the highest earner at Tottenham. Nice to see McKay bleeding another club dry for once The question now is, how long before the spud-munching fuckwits get tired of throwing their money down the drain?

It's the lovely Mia Kirschner. There's something about a femme fatale that I find very attractive.
  24. You're fuck when KCG sees this.
