  1. oh aye, the tv advert is suicide material, the billboard and magazine ad isn't bad though.
  2. Well it's hardly Jimbo-esque proportions is it? Looks like the river is well and truly dried up! To be fair, for the vast majority of my wanks, only air comes out.
  3. Its really so much heroes club by club is it ? its just Premier League heroes, the teams are pretty irrelevant, but you could argue Shearer was a better player at Blackburn than he was at Newcastle and won a league winners medal there too, probably warrants depicting him in a Blackburn shirt.
  4. His first touch looked just fine at the Reebok last weekend.
  5. http://www.sportsdirect.com/ Might as well buy them from Mike Ashley !
  6. Desperate Alex eyes up Martins By SHAUN CUSTIS August 21, 2007 COMMENT ON THIS STORY ALEX FERGUSON has hit the panic button and put the word out: I need a striker NOW. The shock new name on his radar is Newcastle frontman Obafemi Martins. Ferguson has also been linked with Bolton’s French international striker Nicolas Anelka. And Spurs ace Dimitar Berbatov is still keen on a move to United, who were linked with the Bulgarian at the end of last season. Fergie’s problem is he has spent a fortune this summer and there is very little left to play with — Berbatov would cost in the region of £25m. However, Martins has a £13m release clause in his contract and Toon boss Sam Allardyce has admitted he is powerless to stop the Nigerian leaving if any club matches the price. Martins, 22, told SunSport last weekend that he was ready to sign a six-year contract and remove the clause from any new agreement. But the lure of a possible move to Old Trafford might change his mind. * Martins’ scoring record is what Fergie is looking for. He bagged 17 last season and already has two this time round. United’s French striker Louis Saha is expected to return to action in the next fortnight. But he is a fragile figure who could easily break down again, while Wayne Rooney is out for two months with a broken foot. If Fergie could ensure Saha stays fit, the manager may give the cheque-book a rest but he cannot guarantee it. United would face competition from rivals Manchester City should they move for Anelka, 28. The hotshot has been offered to both clubs by his representatives — but Bolton want £12m. City initially rejected the chance to buy their former hitman. But Sven Goran Eriksson has done a U-turn after new £6m striker Valeri Bojinov was ruled out for four months with a knee injury.

It's difficult to get a true impression of any liverpoo game on fivelive. Surely allowing green and lawrenson to comment on their games goes against the BBC's impartiality rules? Followed by 6-0-6 presented by.................. Spoony Fucking typical.

  21. TOON PLOT DECO GRAB By Ray Ryan NEWCASTLE will offer Emre to Barcelona in a bid to win the race for Portuguese superstar Deco. Toon officials will talk with representatives of Barca and Deco this week in a bid to lure the midfielder to St James' Park. New Toon owner Mike Ashley wants a global superstar at the club and has Deco high on his list. Newcastle will try and finalise the signing of defender Juliano Belletti this week and hope to discuss Deco during those talks. A Toon source revealed: "It is no secret Mike Ashley wants a high profile player at the club and Deco fits the bill perfectly. "The club plan to talk with Barcelona this week to see if the deal can be achieved and are ready to offer Emre plus around £8million in cash." Deco has always insisted he wants to play in the Premier League and is understood to be keen on a move to Tyneside. Toon boss Sam Allardyce is also tracking Reading defender Nicky Shorey and is ready to bid £5.75m this week. He is also on the lookout for a new keeper with Shay Given injured and has targeted Chelsea No2 Carlo Cudicini on loan. Allardyce said: "We do not have an experienced goalkeeper so I will be looking for one over the next couple of days. "Initially it will be on loan but we want one with the right experience."

  23. The Bourne Ultimatum Fooking loved it, best of the three for my money, fight scenes and car chases that literality take your breath away, heard quotes this week that it’s the final film of a trilogy but judging by the end I doubt that very much. Bourne > Bond
  24. The booing was audible on TV but it could have been directed at the ref who I thought was wearing a villa shirt under his black one.
