  1. American commentator talking over the minutes applause despite acknowledging it.
  2. I'm saying the majority of their play isn't about strength, it's about having the pace to get back and marshal their area to stop crosses coming in, in fact strength doesn't play a part much at all for a fullback. It seems a moot point anyway as you've made up your mind that because he's not very big to look at he must lack strength which is bollocks btw, it's like saying everyone tall must be good in the air but it just doesn't work like that, unless you've got some specific incidence that you can point to of him lacking strength and getting brushed off the ball easily? You definitely need a degree of strength at fullback, claiming otherwise indicates you haven't played much football. You very often go shoulder to shoulder with either a winger or a striker running channels, strength will help you win in that situation as well as in a 50/50 or going forward or any form of tackle. Don't think it's much of an issue as I think we're more likely to play Jonas at LB than Ferguson
  3. I play ultra attacking from the off as I cant defend. I have a lot of 3-2/ 4-2 results.
  4. Yeah I thought that. Shortest interview clip ever.
  5. Aww. That was disapointing.
  6. QPR fans in my halls just went mental and broke the light. I was only slightly less delighted
  7. Cant believe it was Spurs who ruined my accumie. Fucking cunts Edit. Thats cheered me up though. Lolerpool
  8. I wouldn't mind so much if he just went like for like and hoyed Perch in there like at Arsenal. It just seemed to be a total hodge podge though. Move Guti LB, move Cabaye LW, move Perch into the middle....and we didn't seem to maintain any shape. What I liked about Pardew early in the season was his rigid system where he seemed to have a position decided for every player and they were only fighting one or two others to take up that position. As the season goes on it's difficult to maintain that disciplined approach, but to mix it all up so much out of choice seemed strange, especially after we defended so well as a team and kept our shape against arsenal....for 94 minutes. I can understand not wanting to play Perch at fullback, but Cabaye, Guthrie and Perch trying to play together was a real hodge podge, and saw Perch (the least talented) be the most effective of the three. This plainly isn't getting the most out of our players. Most likely that Erik Pieter's name still being mentioned is just another case of lazy journalism. The press have no idea about the majority off our signings of late. He keeps going on about us on twitter and appears to be watching all our games. Could be meaningless mind.
  9. All they've said is that there's nothing to suggest it was Norwich fans. It could be, but there's no proof one way or the other. Regardless, it's the actions of a fucking retarded minority You are correct. Tbh I don't think it matters who they support. Frankly anyone who does that doesn't come under the banner of a football fan. Scum.
  10. Nothing to do with Norwich fans according to the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation twitter account.
  11. Seeing that finish again from Cisse that's a very good save.
  12. Ahh. Great run, great pass. Seemed to delay the finish too long.
  13. Taking the keep it on the deck instruction a little too literally there.
  14. Good chance that like. Nice pass from Yohan
