No it isn't. There are numerous examples of industries that in produce certain places because of either a skilled workforce being available or an infrastructure being in place or indeed both. No idea how what I said had anything to do with deals or handouts, I'm talking about alternative economies of scale to low labour costs.

You don't compete on price alone. There are other ways to encourage people to invest in your country than the cost of labour, especially when there is the infrastructure and skill level already there.

I said it elsewhere but I'm a proper COD fanboy, I'll definitely be playing it a lot. I wasn't aware of him until this all came out. Genuine stupidity from them using him but it won't be enough to stop me playing it cause I've massive hopes for it.
