Definitely. Especially seeing as he usually comes in as an "impact" manager so clubs chuck money at him which he spends extortionate amounts on players (who are average at best and limited to his style of play) leaving anyone who's picking up the pieces after him with little amount to spend to get better players in.

Aye I hate the media etc making it some sort of achievement to just avoid relegation season after season. If a foreign manager came in and constantly avoided relegation like a Pulis or Allardyce they'd be hammered. (See Bilic) however if theyre british then theyre an amazing manager.

The exact same thing is happening at Palace this season too. He signs shite that will do a 6 month to a year job for him then when he goes they're not good enough for the next manager. See Van Aanholt, Schlupp, Milovejevic etc all shite.

How long is Benitez contracted for? I personally don't see him walking away, he'd have done so already and will try and get to the end if his contract then walk away.

Nah he does nothing more than what our current strikers do.

Because 10 of them have been penalties. He's truly average and no better than what we've got. No idea how anyone can claim Gomez is a better keeper that ours like. He's a shambolic keeper.

All 3 are genuinely poor players. Elliott is better than Gomez and Mitro and Gayle are better than Gray and Deeney.

Gomez is a horrific keeper. Deeney only scores penalties and Gray is just a younger Gayle. Richarlison definitely have him, but the others? Nah, not improvements on what we've got.

I dont get why people say our team is poor on paper. Match it up against the likes of Swansea, Brighton, Palace, Huddersfield, Watford etc. Man for Man I'd rather have most of our team than most of Watfords.

I get people being frustrated at getting beat by Bournemouth but you look further down the league with Swansea, West Ham, West Brom etc languishing at the bottom you realise things could be alot worse, especially with the money they pumped on players.

Aye but those two are on loan from Chelsea. If they were permanent signings for Palace and Swansea there wouldn't be a hope in hell they'd be in the squad.

Id like to see Gayle start up top next game. He's more likely to nick a goal for us if we're trying to keep compact and hard to beat.

Need to give Gayle or Mitrovic a game up front a Joselu offers nowt and never can just nick one when it's a close game.
