It was all a scam sponsored by Sports Direct so we could get cheap international superplayers this window. -
Anybody know his height, and will he grow even taller?

yes but never so irrational that it overrides selfishness, unless you are mentally challenged... -

All good deeds are selfish, the question is if there are possible to do anything that's not selfish? that would be an irrational action wouldn't it? -
Will he still become a club homegrown player after that period?

I don't see anything unusual with it, the guy (or boy as Harry would call him lol) is 31 and just want to make the best (financially) out his career before he retires. Meeting up in London the last hours of a transfer window, just to be ready to sign a contract in case West Brom would want sell him where an exchange deal/loan deal with Hoilett was rumoured is not a unusual thing to do. He didn't break any rules other than being in London in his car (that surely must be allowed?). The media attention however is where the problem lies, and probably why he gets disciplined aswell.

It's a good defensive fortress when you have good experienced defenders like ours, the only experienced defender Villa had was Vlaar and he's no Colo or Mbiwa. Atm I find our centrebacks and fullbacks very fruitful (good attacking skills from both Debuchy and Santon), instead of using Jonas and...Obertan?, so I'd go for 532/5311 with more of a counterattack mentality against Chelsea, even if they've been in a terrible form lately (but so have we).

This spanish vaquero certainly leaves with enough unmerited gold his in pockets to buy back all his homeless relatives their houses when he gets back to Spain. 50.000 each week for 5 years without straining a littlefinger... the guy must've thought he won a lottery. Just 26 of age he even still have time to build himself a little career back in Spain, maybe finally becoming a beast of a striker just to piss us all off.

I was clearly putting it on the edge to make a funny point

I don't understand how you can go from being a clinical goalscorer in La Liga and the Spanish U-21, to drift further and further behind Nile Ranger in the pecking order....

At least Everton got the Stones to gamble on young English players.
-
He wasn't handsome enough anyway...
-
Obertan: Am I ze only one who doesn't get zat joke?
-
I can admit my English is shit, unlike you who can never even slightly admit when you do mistakes.

yada yada yada, trying desperately to make everybody else look like complete idiots doesn't help yourself from being one.

So sniffer is the idiot now...

I see weaknesses when up against Chelsea that's all, just like any other top team (except Tottenham) we couldn't beat this season. We played Chelsea 442 with a full strength team at Stamford earlier this season, we didn't stand a chance....something needs to be done!
-
True, but are we a top team when we play against Chelsea this Saturday?
-
Still if there were someone who could manage it would be Mbiwa, Colo and Taylor together. Clark, Vlaar and Baker who's that compared?
