  1. Never tried that one. The sock must be a methaphor for Perch or something, probably not the best idea.
  2. Isn't it funny how this welsh defender Ben Davies guy being a completely unknown 19 year old before the season, no expected talent at all, has now played 24 matches this season for Swansea and did quite well, even getting on the scoresheet yesterday. Couldn't see that happening with us like... and not because I believe our youth wouldn't be up for it. Streete and Good where are they when Willo constantly makes us suffer. Shouldn't they get the same chances as this fella? The same with Kadar last year, Perch and Simmo cost us dearly against Norwich, how could youth/Kadar made that worse?
  3. But if you don't have that luxury (to buy new tampons, hahaha ), try to use something else like a sock or some cotton or whatever, might even do a better job than that abused tampon (Willo).
  4. Man, looking at the post-game interview with Laudrup. Amazing inspiring manager with tons of knowledge. I'm so freakin jealous of this welsh club for their new manager. I see a great great future for him and his club if he want to stick with it.
  5. If the tools you have available isnt sharp enough, as handyman (or girl) its your job to sharpen them up or use them in a way that still gets the job done. Pardew is no handyman, he barely knows the difference between a hammer from a saw. (Lol, I love these masculine metaphors)
  6. Tom, you are saying there is no blame. Thats equally stupid.
  7. If he keeps pushing panic buttons we are gonna loose every game for the rest of the season. We need to hold the focus where we have done well through the first half, if there isn't any danger in sight, well dont fuckin do stuff just because its your standard way of doing it. Pardew is working more or less after a shite routine (which he hasn't yet figured isnt working at all), he's not reading the match very well, he's not operating dynamically. And for the last time you haven't answered MY simple question -what was Ameobi doing on the pitch? Shouldn't he at least have saved him for the last 20 min, which he can manage somewhat ok, as he is our ONLY other striking option.
  8. You never ask yourself what Ameobi was doing on the field in the first place? Couldn't he have gone for like ANY other option, something which would increase our chances for scoring our second with scary many %. We controlled them with Marv, Cab and Anita. Then Perch on at 65 for a fit Marv who kept us in possession, the wad was supposed to secure this grand victory defensively somehow. Then Cabaye had to leave but Bigi would be an ok sub if Marv was still on. Then Anita off for Obertan, and everything just looked like complete chaos, Jonas was both right and left, Shola and Piss was both strikers and wingers, and Obertan running around like a headless chicken I dont even know where he went to play (cause I didnt watch the match that closely anymore). It's like Pardew pushes the panic button at 65 when he doesn't even have to, ruining what we are building up to, thinking we can't cope. That negativity alone has a bad effect on players.
  9. Tha fuck has happened to Sneijder, Galatasamafuckingray! That's a step backwards from someone who's been hunted by Man U for the last decade or so.
  10. Point is trying to shut up shop and thinning down the possibilities of further goals (which has proved to be so very effective this season...nay) at 1-0 against FUCKIN READING, and with lots of time left is a shocking managerial decision that should be punished by sacking alone.
  11. When you play someone like Williamson in the first place (should've played Taylor, at least half the game, even if he's straight back from injury), you should always take into account the possibility of fumbled goals. That's why it's so important to set up a team capable of scoring lots of goals, especially against such a weak side as Reading where it should be easier than the rest to get them in. What Pardew does (always), is to think that enough is enough with the attacking and creating, then feeling the almost manic need to tackle tackle tackle so we can get ball far far away.
  12. Is there an objective version making Pardew look like he worked wonders on the sidelines?
  13. Mafia's probably involved on both sides now. Imagining shootouts between greazy hispanic moustached men in sports jackets and Ashley's fat slobbish cockney agents, while ms.Colo and Colo senior is being held hostage till Fab signs their suspicious contract.
  14. Tell that to whoever calls themselves football experts on that page. I simply pointed out the confusion we have in our arse system. I saw the match, I saw Cisse doing most of the striker work from the start so I caught what was actually happening in practice. But I never really see them sky folks getting the formation right for us. According to the score center we played 442 the whole match...
  15. Shola's arse hanging out, ahahahaha. There wasn't even the slightest hint of him getting subbed off. Pardew's rule #1 for how to win a game "Our rugby-like hoof-ball target must never leave the pitch, since he's the only player allowed to be near the ball from the midfield and up"
  16. So apparantly it was Cisse who played as the winger yesterday according to Sky? Can we like ever get a system where people are assigned to a real position...
  17. I always vanish as silent as an arrow in the dark whenever this happens.
  18. I don't know what Carver does except standing on the sidelines and having a slight bit of Ben Arfa look to his fuckin face. Guess it's the eyebrows...
  19. You are dumb Chez, Arsenal and Man U was not anything like Norwich, as Arsenal and Man U was probably all out attacking themselves because they thought we were an easy win. Sitting behind is never a good thing as it overloads the pressure on defense, and with our defense even against the weakest of teams...well, we need defenders who actually offers something defensively to do that.. didnt Pardew order the team to sit behind against Arsenal right before the goals started raining the fuck in?
  20. Debuchy wanted to come here all the fuckin time, Cisse was not surrounded by better alternatives and we were in a good position when signing him and had Ba, and Cabaye came here while nobody was looking at him or knowing Carr had a knack for finding good players. Everything spoke for us getting those players signed more or less easy.
  21. Cabaye, Marveaux, Ben Arfa, Anita (yes!), maybe Bigi (he was expected to develop into a creative playmaker before he came here), they are all trying to create in a system that doesn't allow it, how bout we start to play our squad's strength for once. The only time we see creative players in action is when they do individual stuff.
  22. I guess the reason for chosing Shola instead of real wingers is that he's a more hoofable target, there's really isn't any of his attributes that provides anything sensible out wide. Does he track back more often than Obertan and Sammy? Like Pardew would have said it "we needed Shola out wide because he is really good at tackling"
