Urban dictionary says otherwise. What was shagging a fat lass then?
-
I thoght it was shagging a fat lass. But now I recall that was a "Fancy wank".

That's all I can do for you I'm afraid.

He is a heavy smoker though isn't he? Can't have been that surprising. Not all heavy smokers get cancer though. Course not. But they, sorry, we shouldn't be surprised if we do. It says so on the box.

Liverpool - the finest supporters on earth, or just wankers?

All my band member mates love Les Tones. Though he has been known to return a guitar with a significantly different paint job to the one it was delivered with. Just a minor detail eh? Just adding character to the instrument for free. -
Are you Yakubu in disguise?

Only ever popped in to one of them for a shit once. Had to get off the metro on the way to a match because I was fit to burst. I'll bow to others knowledge. -

Got done out and changed name to Martha's Vineyard I believe. Still full of scum like. -
Keegan? Really?

The Tiger Lillies - Bad Blood and Blasphemy Rape, murder, death, paedophile rings and that sort of thing are the subject matter, but told in a jovial music hall style with accordian's and that. The godawful catterwauling of the singer just increases the disturbing nature of it.

Of course not. Anyone's comedy orientation is no-one's business but their own.
-
No, it's an all live audience, even for the majority of outdoor scenes. There's a recognisable laugh through a lot of moments in the first six seasons, Larry David (the creator) pissing himself on set during recording. EDIT: Any location scenes that couldn't use an audience are shown to the live audience on the night of recording and their actual response is used. Valentine's night and I'm on an internet board telling people how the laugh's get on Seinfel. I'm going to get pissed.

No soup for you. Only us Seinfeldophiles will get that. Proving my point that only geeks actually like it. "Oooo we've got an inside Seinfeld joke!" Most punchlines are pretty shit without a set-up to be fair though.

That's it so far. I'd say £9.20 a season is still a bit steep considering they're only 2 discs and there's hardly any extras at all on there.
-
£4.97 for the 8 disc collection of Seinfeld seasons 5 & 6 (two of the very best seasons). (I think I paid the full £65 the day it came out, and bought another copy for my brother. Could have saved £120 if I'd waited ) Perfect chance to get into what is a classic comedy series of all time. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Seinfeld-5-6-Box-S...2=hotukdeals-21 There's no ongoing plot so starting this far in is not a problem.

Film/moving picture show you most recently watched

Just the same as wine buffs, food critics, music snobs, art conoisseurs etc. I don't think there's anything wrong with taking a greater than average interest in anything and trying to find out more about it, but anyone who does should really try not to condescend to people that don't. Pretension is not good. -

Is til the ending, that ruins the film. Although the book is a bit like that too according to my friend... If you're after Miyazaki i'd recommend princess monoke, nausicaa of the valley of the wind, kikis delivery service and grave of the fireflies. None are as good as spirited away but they come quite close. Felt let down by Princess Mononoke and to a lesser extent Grave of the Fireflies after all the hype like. avoid pom poko, only yesterday and porco rosso then. They are miles behind the others i've mentioned so far. Don't get me wrong, their good, just not as good as the others. I loved Pom Poko though. Probably because it never had any of the hype of the others. Pom Poko isnt a Miyazaki film, neither is Only yesterday. They're written directed by Isao Takahata who also did Grave of the Fireflies and My Neighbours the Yamadas Laputa is still his best work imo but then I prefer mononoke and nausicaa to spirited away Miyazaki Shmiyazaki! It's all Ghibli. -
Since I don't know what anyone has been paid for appearing, and can find no details of it, it's not something I've considered in viewing. I find Archer showing his warm-hearted side and giving away money on ITV as part of a gameshow that manages somehow to be less difficult and entertaining than Deal or No Deal far more offensive, and that's without my lisence fee paying for it.

Thinking about it a bit more, it's more a "study" of celebrity social dynamics than it is a reflection on the judicial system, i.e. it's the Beeb's take on Celebrity Big Brother. You just have to look at the composition of the jury consisting of the likes of Archer, Portillo, Megaman, Collymore, Jacqueline Gold, Honor Blackman, Patsy Palmer, Jennifer Ellison to see this programme for what it really is. Yeah, it is a parcel. I've found it fascinating. The previous version without celebs was very good, but only lasted one night and offered no insight into the characters on the jury. This version though provides context for the majority of jurors and makes plain how they bring their own prejudice to the table, how they're able to dominate a discussion and force their opinion (or be swayed) and how important it is to not be swayed by pressure if you're in this position, but by convincing reconsideration of the facts. Only The 12th Man has been a better cautionary tale on the importance of trial by jury and how seriously it should be taken by EVERY member. If some heat readers were swayed into viewing it because Tinhead's bird is in it, all the better. ....and Portillo impresses me more and more every time I see him. Take away a political agenda and he's a very intelligent, measured bloke. Henry Fonda if you will. Did you watch anymore after thinking it was alright (as stated above)? Or stop watching because others ridiculed the celebrity factor which makes it all the more fascinating?
