  1. As we know, no matter what players are available, a Derby can go either way as long as both teams come out and show the passion that's required. Sunderland have fallen short in that department a few times over the past few years but O'neil will have them fired right up and in fighting mood and I'm sure we will be. I take us to edge this game , maybe 2-1.
  2. Leave him alone, he can do what he likes. I might have a ticket for you Mcfaul baby- all we have to do is negotiate on the sick...erm on the sexual favours. Now what are you prepared to do.
  3. Wonga is a fine helpful company, it's little old ladies and Earl who sit there and lend out their pension money to hard up people, whilst they sip tea and stuff. We should be glad, although there will be a bit of a stench of piss from them wafting about the stadium, should they turn up kitted out in their Toon tops.
  4. You can all stop comparing sizes and body frames, whether boasting or not. The simple case is, nobody beats Gemmill and even though I saw him with his red rum legs on a pic he has grown up into a fine Giraffe. Beat that.
  5. Before people call Wonga loan sharks and moan about their sponsorship, have a think about what's around you. A car on finance maybe? a mortgage? It's all a rip off and all it is , is percentages. Vulnerable people go to loan sharks because they can't get it anywhere else. It's vicious but then again , for anyone in a bad situation financial wise, everything in life is vicious.
  6. Great news for the club. A good sponsorship also aimed at the academy and the future of it, plus St.James park' is back. It's a win win win situation.
  7. Yes, you take the rest of the night off. Car 67, over and out.
  8. Wrong. You can't convince conspiracy theorists with fabricated evidence, so concrete proof will only convince. Because official versions are put out that are cloaked in mystery and a massive amount of coincidences then naturally people are gonna question them.
  9. You can only debunk conspiracies by coming out with the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, which means not hiding evidence or refusing to show evidence. Conspiracies will stay conspiracies until full on proof either way can be shown. Debunking a conspiracy theory would be easy if the theory being debunked wasn't riddled to death with anomalies and a ridiculous amount of coincidences and shoddy graphics and actors used.
  10. Is this a forum where certain posters get their kicks by seeing who flounces first or something. Is it a battle of internet wits or something? What am I dealing with here?... is it internet mafia? is it internet one upmanship? is it internet 'I'm more educated than you' bullshit? or is it simply a case of , who cracks first and leaves the forum of their own accord? Why can't people have a discussion on what they want to discuss without some going off on a mental breakdown of some sort to prove them wrong. It's a discussion forum PRIMARILY Newcastle United with a general topic board, plus other interests, can't we at least just discuss them all without playing games of who will flounce or break?
  11. The players who played with him said he was a character...always playing jokes and stuff, that's how a FUCKING know.
  12. Actually, the no personality he comes across with for the cameras is in stark contrast to the personality he had in the dressing room. Sometimes what you see, isn't actually all what you get.
  13. In the right circumstances, I think the only job Alan Shearer would be happy doing (manager wise) is the Newcastle job. In time it could happen and I think he would love to have a real stab at it.
  14. Pardew got it about spot on tonight...Not because we were fantastic or anything...It was because we put in a professional performance , especially second half , as in, having them chasing shadows. Every player put a shift in, so hats off to them all. One thing for certain...it shows just how much players like Cabaye and Tiote can dictate a game and make the rest of the player, play at ease.
  15. A decent side out tonight, I'm happy with that.
  16. It doesn't matter who becomes President, they're all puppets for the powers above and nothing will get better.
  17. What's better is having players that can graft a full 90 minutes and hold the ball up, gain free kicks and weigh in with the odd wonder strike and the odd cross. Ferguson is a good kid and is an effective impact sub. I just don't think he's got 90 minutes in him for how people want him to be used. He's no Gareth Bale in the engine department. It's Cabaye we need back with Tiote.
  18. My time and absolute quality.
