In think Pardew is a good manager but got it wrong last year. You don't get manager of the year for nowt. Seen him in the reserves a few times. Good with the ball at his feet playing it out. Solid lad. Him Satka and Mbabu are close to the first team squad. Tiote deep as a destroyer is where we will get the most of him. Cabaye further forward passing and moving. Sissoko using his pace and power through the middle....players in their best positions...Cisse down the middle with Remy and Ben Arfa wide... It's the best system using our best players in their best position. Simple really.

We had a bad year. Move the fuck on. I trust that the players have learned and grown over the summer and that Pardew spotted his tactical nativity. Personally and it's only my opinion, Remy completes a great 11. Our bench as it is, is decent but 1 or two added to the pool an we will be in a very good position to attack 3 fronts. Why don't you want fringe or youth players in the side? What a moronic narrow minded thing to say. How else are we to blood players, give them the confidence to thrive if we don't have enough faith to give them a chance. Difference is this year we should keep our squad fitter meaning the youth lads will go in with experience.

This excites me. As does an adapted Sissoko playing in a three with Tiote and Cabaye.
