Btw despite what people think of me i genuinely want to see the club do well. I moved up from Lancashire to the North East 43 years ago. In Lancashire i lived in the middle were i had the pick of Liverpool, Everton, & the 2 Manchester teams. But when i moved up here there was only one team for me Newcastle United. Yeah i've seen the shit & the good times at St James but for the last decade i refuse to go while Ashley's there. So have no doubt just because i wasnt born up here doesnt mean i dont love the club as much the next man. After 43 years i like to think as myself as an adopted Geordie

Genuine question lads this run takes us from the 9th Dec to Jan 1st 7 games in 23 days. Leicester (h) Everton (h) Arsenal (a) West Ham (a) Man City (h) Brighton (h) Stoke (a) How many points do you think we'll get ? like i say a genuine peaceful question.

Were are the positives about the last 6 games name one then clever arse i havent the stomach for a 3rd relegation in 7 years i hope you have. We've had 10 years of absolute shit since Ashley took over.We 've had some great managers here he's publicly undermined them all he's done nothing for this club except send the club backwards. We used to be a club that competed in Europe we can barely survive the premiership now

Of course they are season defining we're in freefall, relegation form we've taken 1 point out of the last 18. If you cant see whats happening you might want to take them blinkers off. We are perched very precariously in 14th position a few weeks ago we were 6th. Unless we start picking up points we will fall even further we are in trouble & these next games WILL define our season. I'm not saying i'm some kind of soothsayer or Claire Voyant but this season is begining to look like the McClaren season i'm not sure i fancy another relegation.

I get that this season was about avoiding relegation. But to avoid relegation you've got to be picking up more than 1pt in the last 6 games. I dont blame Rafa he's doing the best he can with what he's got. But i am starting to worry unless we can break this cycle we do risk another relegation.

We're in a rut the last 6 game results read L-L-L-L-D-L this is relegation form. We've leaked 12 goals in the last 4 games. We must get something from the home games against Leicester & Everton

i take it both Hayden & Shelvey are fit so why not start them.

Christmas Day should be interesting we've 2 of my daughters & their kids coming for dinner. I dont mind that but both are bringing their partners i can't stand the pair of them. Ones an alchoholic he'll bring 8 cans of stella with him have a bit of turkey mash & gravy ( he wont eat veg & drink all his cans himself. The other one will be nipping outside for a quick smoke every 5 mijutes getting off his titsvon whatever it is he smokes. Tye both of them all ways run out of food despite one daughter working & the other daughters alky partners work me & Mrs T end up sendingvthem stuff out the freesef (we wont give them money) i'll probably have my dinner & watch Shrekmor whatever the Xmas film is with the grandkids while i drink my dry ginger ale .

It's just so frustratingbi'm sick to the back teeth of the way the club is being run. Yet with a little (or big) investment this club could be up were it should be not scratching around year in year out for survival in the premiership. Like a few of us here we had a small glimpse with "Keegan's Entertainers" what the club could be like. It has a massive knock on effect not only for the club, the fans, it's the whole city everywhere was buzzing. I'd like to have that experince back & i'd love some of you younger people to enjoy that.

We all just stand back & watch him continue to ruin the club thats the spirit. Because if this takeover doesnt happen (if it happens) until after the January window we're in deep shit. We know there'll be little or no money if Ashley's still here, the risk of relegation is a very real.possibility. Factor in will Rafa stick around to be humiliated in a 3rd window. The whole future of the club depends on this & i dont think it would do any harm to let the world know we want Amanda in & Ashley out.
