The bottom line now since kids have gone back to school they're are starting to become infected. I cant remember this really affecting kids when the schools were closed (except for key workers kids ). Why cant they bring the autumn half term forward & extend it for a few weeks (4) enabling schools to get a head start before the winter.

Miss T's gone in to work today normally nothing phases her. But after Whitty & Valance's projections on Monday & Boris's pathetic response yesterday "a stitch in time saves nine" ffs. There was supposed to be a rota but a few teachers didnt turn in last time & she did their days for them. Like I say it didnt bother her last time but I know shes worried this time.

Without saying it Whitty & Valance were telling us we needed a full Lockdown now. Not something half arsed like shutting pubs at 10. It's a pathetic response for purely economic reasons. Just after the Lockdown was lifted To prepare 2 weeks extra work for the children to be able to work from home with after the October half term, as we'd be in a 2nd Lockdown. I know the timing is out by a few weeks but it's almost like it was known.
