It's far removed from the 'greatest show on turf' era of 1999 to 2001 but I've followed them through the lean times before. At least the way the NFL is set up (free-agency, salary cap, the draft) basement teams can become challengers again within a couple of seasons. yeah it works well. It's a fair comment. If the club invest 40-50m and we end up in a decent position next season (ie Europe) they would recoup most of that money if not all on TV rights. You always read about MA in some casino winning this and that but he doesn't seem to want to gamble his money on the club. Spurs spent around 70million last season on transfers and although there not in a great league position there still in europe and there in a cup final. With 15 or so million already in the pot is another 30million that much to ask from a billionaire owner who apparently has the clubs best interests at heart.

He most prob will TBH finish his career in the A league
