Aye its worth planning. It always surprises me how we moan about the weather and then dont take advantage of it when we get great weather. Theres so much to do within an hours drive of Newcastle. Its just a case of getting out and about. It's bloody raining today so it better sort itself out or else there'll be no feeding the ducks tomorrow!

The baby has been sent an appointment to be vaccinated today and I'm still undecided. He starts nursery next week so I guess the risk of him contracting swine flu is higher but I'm still reluctant

The microwave should have a defrost setting, or use 30% power for about 5 minutes, Then reheat once it's defrosted. If you try and melt it in a pan then eat it you will probably die. Alternatively leave it in the fridge to defrost overnight and have it tomorrow.
