Perhaps it's his choice to work.

It was sharps that caused it I was sent to do 12 bedrooms and stop out in the lorry overnight, I was being paid double. However the mate sent in by the agency was too old to do his job so I told him just worry about the small bits. I woke up in the top bunk in the back of the trucks cabin and I was in discomfort and I completed the job and haven't been back since.
