Kamarra has pace and power, he's a bigger player basically and links up better with the midfield, he spins off defenders where as Earnshaw runs into channels and is one of those players who is a box player more than a link up man because he has poor control and leading the line awareness. Some managers just take a dislike to certain players style. Robbo just doesn't rate him or sees him as a player he wants in his system. Earnshaw is also one of those players that is hard to fit in, that's why he makes more of an impact in the latter stages of matches or from the bench when there is no pattern or system to the game. Plus, Robbo is no great spotter of talent, remember he signed Hamilton Ricard for Boro and thought Andy Campbell would make the England squad one day.

Don't the SMB have a presenter on Sky who posts on there o reads it? I know a Mackem presents SSN sometimes and once mentioned in some SMB fanzine that he knows a few on the SMB. Could be wrong.

We need players Leazes, though I see where you're coming from. I just think people are delerious that we seem to be signing someone. Must say, he looks a quality player but I have my concerns whether he will adapt, whether he will perform, whether the manager can get the best out of him etc. And as much as I would like to see the back of FS and Co. one thing I am certain of, they wouldn't put the club at risk financially. There is no reason to suggest they would, given their half-decent management of finances since taking over.

You would be hard pressed to find a natuarl goalscorer with lightning pace at 2m who has proved he can make it in the Premiership. The reason he's not wanted at WBA is because Robson doesn't like the small, pacey striker, he likes his target men, big powerful forwards. They paid 2.5m but after a number of games and goals it rises to 3.5. They'd take 2m and he'd crawl to Newcastle on broken glass. He's score more goals than Bellamy did. Exactly Papa. I honestly think he'd be a cracking signing. I remember match of the day a while back analysing him, showing his runs etc., perfectly demonstrated just why he'll always score goals because his movement is first-class. His finishing can be a bit off and he's not the chase down anything that moves type like Bellamy but he's a real finisher and in the air, for his size he has a great leap on him. I rate him quite highly.

Yep, two million and he'd be ours too. Scored 14 goals last season, would be a better option than both Shola and Shearer (as much as it pains me to say Al).

This is a fucking joke. I'm a 25 year-old bloke sitting having squabbles over the Internet - between fellow Toon fans who I previously got on well with - over things that really don't matter or shouldn't matter. Lets end it now because I can't be arsed with all of this nor do I want to fall-out with anyone over something that has gotten way out of hand because none of us have been 100% up front with each other or handled the situation with any modicum of sense. We can all bullshit each other and kid ourselves but none of us can be happy with ourselves for our part in this pathetic war of wards, surely? I know I'm not happy with myself over this. I unbanned a member who had been banned, going behind your backs and everything that followed - not exactly something to be proud of. Where as you's weren't entirely honest with your reasons for creating this new board and haven't exactly went around it in the best of ways - again not something to be proud of. But what is done is done. All these accusations, these petty war of words, for which I have played my part, have to stop NOW, and for GOOD! Aye I'm disappointed, more with myself and aye I am disappointed with the actions of some of you but I'm sure the feeling is mutual. However I'd like to draw a line under this once and for all and extend my hand of friendship, to say no hard feelings (to all those who had a hand in this, Jimbo, Scottish Mag etc.), to forget all about this sad, pathetic, war of words, and to apologise for my part in this. In future if anyone has got anything to say to me about me or anything to say about Newcastle-Online, PM or E-mail me because when the site/forum comes under attack like it has, or gets dragged into things, I'll respond and always will. That's just me, very defensive about the site. I will chomp away even though I should ignore it. But when you've put the work I and others have into that site, the sheer passion that goes into it not just from me but many others, who this has effected, who have inadvertently been dragged into this, I'll kick off when I see their efforts being pissed on.
