A couple of questions for the gym experts now this thread is here... Good Mornings - Is there any other exercise I can do that gets the same results? Glute Ham Raises - Would I get the same results from lying calf raises? Lunges - Is there any other exercise I can do that gets the same results? I hate those 3 with a passion, I will do them if needed but it would be nice if there was something else I could do instead.

Aye by the WUMs (yourself included, of course ). Clearly they do or Fop would be left to quietly ramble on to Fopself. But in reality as Fop has said many times the WUM pack (usual suspects) on here absolutely need "villains", the same ones go though the same stages with different people time and time and time again. They just really, really don't like it when their "villains" enjoy it to much. You bring it on yourself Fop and you know it.
