No, I was allowed to make my own choice regarding food, although I think I could be vegetarian without too much hassle, I just enjoy eating meat too much. Same here. Another thing that bothers me about being a vegetarian is you're often restricted to the choice of one or two meals at a restaurant. Or chips. It is quite hard, especially when every pub assumes that vegetarians like deep fried mushrooms and dont mind a meat stock in their vegetable soup
