Think Ashton is overrated myself. Seen him a few times and he never really stood out in any of them. Wouldn't want Ferdinand either, as in all honesty purchasing a player who's seen his team concede vast amounts of goals this season is somewhat telling. Can't challenge effectively in the air, tackle or exact a calming influence on his other defenders. As has been said, if he wasn't called 'Ferdinand' he'd be nowhere near the premiership.

The soundtrack album to it isn't half bad either.

No appeal after that shite Doherty has been at her.

3/4 way up the North Stand. Webb was terrible tbh. Had a great game, apart from missing the foul on Saha, which was inside the box, not out. Blaming the ref for the 3 goals are you Brock? The first. Also the fact he missed Richardson throwing the ball away 3 times, Saha's tendency to fall over at convenient times, playing advantage on several occasions when there clearly was none. Brilliant fucking refereeing. and he missed the clear penalty, as I said. Ergo he had a shit game.

Howard Webb is an absolute fucking disgrace. Not sure how he can defend giving all those free kicks Saha's way, and then failling to give one after a foul on Lita which was actually a foul. 1st goal resulted from a Heinze foul as well. Deffo deserved a draw there, but cracking game nonetheless. I nearly fell into the row in front when Lita scored.
