Whooosh. Fact is we have lacked going forward in the last few games, saying that doesnt mean I expected us to be playing like Barcelona by now. Or that I want Pards replaced, been very much in the keep him camp during our slump last year mostly because of the limitations and problems we've faced that you've tried to explain and that many of us have been offering to the idiots who wanted him out. So calm down mate , saying we're lacking on one front or the other does not mean the manager needs sacking. Its just a concern many of us undoubtedly share.

Nowhere to be seen when the team's in trouble. The amount of space Wigan sometimes had in midfield today..... Cant see this guy being anything other than an impact sub as long as he's at a half decent team.

Think I can remember a few managers at least acknowledging that their player did something stupid in this sort of situation. It IS a game of football in the end and if somebody tries to go in and end a 20 year old's career over its absolutely cuntish to defend him. Agree its what most managers would do though considering the game has lost most of its morals anyway these days.

Im not sure, yes, I would expect most managers to do it but Pardew generally comes across as pretty fair in interviews. You know, I can understand managers defending their players and all, but when a career threatening challenge like that comes in anybody decent ought not to defend it. Least they can do is at least acknowledge it as a silly thing to do and later deal with it in the dressing room.

Aye. Such a wonderful opportunity in Europe this time around as well. We looked to be steering clear from danger just at the right time for us to have a real go at that competition. Now with these injuries and the fact we'll probably be looking nervously over our shoulders after the City game, just cant wait for this season to end. Just got to hope the idiots running the club have learnt from their mistakes and we can sort out Ben Arfa in the summer.

Yes but we would have gotten a result if not for that shambles of ref. We've been poor in the last 3 games now. And the injuries have started coming again just when you thought we might make something of it in Europe. Really hope Cabaye and Debuchy will be back soon.
