Do you think they realise that the person they've made their guinea pig over there in the thread below (Warrick Hunt) signed up here a few days ago as Porridge/Ready Brek/CrimsonFault under a new name? http://www.newcastle-online.com/nufcforum/...ic,29014.0.html

Senna did indeed cheat at Japan in 1990. The difference between the two is that Senna said he was going to do it and carried out his threat, never denying it... Schumacher to this day claims he was totally innocent at Adelaide 94, Jerez 97 & Monaco 04.

Too bloody right... I have mixed feelings on Scum's retirement. For one, he's been involved in the sport for 15 years and it'll seem odd him not being on the grid. But there's no hiding the fact that he was a lousy cheating bastard. Jimbo, you said earlier that he was respected by all. Not here, I appreciate his driving abilities but the man lost any respect from me due to his crazy actions when usually under pressure. Raikkonen in a Ferrari against Alonso in a McLaren....I can't wait!

Most modern laptops which come with wireless connectivity on board have a hardware switch on the unit. You won't believe the amount of calls we take where users claim that wireless has packed up and when you ask what state the hardware switch is in, it's switched off...

1994 wasn't it? Rob Lee and Andy Cole in a 2-0 win for us...

Do you take your car to the garage and say "doesn't work", then just leave them to fix it? What's your usual route? clever twat have the shortcut on me desk top and am still getting the "maintenance scenario" lucklily spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about (PP) and he pointed me in the right direction If you were still getting the 'site is offline' message then you simply needed to delete your temporary internet files and try again. Or you could have pressed CTRL + F5

Right the options drop-down lists are now working of sorts, but are looking very messy. The 'toontastic' skin as a whole is bug-ridden so Gol has decided to re-write it. We'll get it back to what it was before but could take a couple of days or so. In the meantime I'll be trying to get the other things like the arcade, browser detection, stats, etc back up and running. Thanks for all the comments btw - very much appreciated

"Don't leave me this way..........."

Massive bowl of Corn Flakes and freezing cold milk... Is it just me or is it fucking roasting this evening?

Total circumstance.... The arcade will be back very soon

Familiar skin has been re-instated. Couple of tweaks required but they'll be completed over time. We have got some coding issues though, the drop menus on forum, thread & profile view don't seem to be working - we're aware of these issues and are working on them. If anyone running IE had noticed a yellow exclamation mark on the browser info bar at the bottom left of the screen, it's because of this issue. Once rectified, this should simply return to an IE icon. In the meantime, if anyone notices anything that isn't working quite right, let us know in this thread and we'll look into it!

As you can probably all tell, some of the added functionality which we implemented over the time we've been running is currently not available (arcade/certain graphics/browser identification/stats/etc.) Rest assured these will return in due course. Am off out this afternoon but will try to get things moving later on. I think Gol will be working on restoring the banner etc later too.

Aye seemingly he had some insider info that the campaign was working and it just needed a final push to get him here, then from what I heard like (but on the QT) some twat went and spoilt it all with some ill thought out pisstake (laughs) 195701 Spoiled it? 195706 Definitely not, it fucking made it!

To be fair LM, I was being facetious and I don't think they actually ship it any more now that CDDB is in operation on the web. A CD library is a good starting point for learning MS Access though.
-
Mind you, can anyone remember when the Mackems wanted to move next door to Nissan and build the 'Wembley of the North'?? Even was planned to have twin towers - Jesus wept!
-
Doesn't hurt to have an inventory of all your CD's tbf 195350 True..... But instead of writing one, why not use the CD Library Database template which gets shipped with MS Office?

It was the nearby Castle Leazes rather than Leazes Park. That probably makes your point even more valid though. 195545 Mainly used as a shitting ground for dogs IIRC. I think the biggest complaints were from those who were going to lose their allotments, although I'm sure I remember the club saying they would re-locate them.
-
For once I agree with LM. The move to 'Castle Leazes' should have been pursued. Both Liverpool and Arsenal had their opponnents to their proposals but they kept on with it and have both finally got approval. Had we kept at it, we'd have a 70,000 stadium now. We'd even planned for the flattening of the existing stadium with half of it to be used as a multi-purpose indoor arena and other half 'returned' to Leazes Park. But despite approval from both the supporters and the city council, the conservationists were up in arms and at the first sniff of problems and the club shelved their plans. Same size as the Emirates Stadium. And I concur with Dan, the Gallowgate extension needs to be considered again..

tbh 195416 Actually, more likely to be.....

Fucking hell! I've never heard of anything so ridiculous... They've got two forums running and completely out of sync? If I did that with an upgrade of a system at work I'd be sacked, and rightly so. Bet the sponsors are loving it....
