Mbeumo is quite obviously interested in following Frank to Spurs. Whether he would have been a good fit is immaterial if the player has no interest in coming here. I wouldn't loan Osula out - he needs game time and we should be using him from the bench instead of Wilson. He's not going to be Isak standard, but then not many are that standard. All loaning him out will do is put him in the shop window most likely for a Championship club and then someone like Villa snap him up in a couple of years when he's started to show promise and we all consider what might have been had we kept him and played him - it'd be like Ivan Toney all over again.

It didn't really work for me, I just cold turkey'd the nausea until my system got used to the ADs. Strangely enough I take Lansoprazole daily these days to help with a hiatus hernia - those do seem to help a hell of a lot more.
-
It's more common than you'd think. When I was put on them about 10 years ago, I was prescribed Omeprazole as well to deal with the nausea it brings about. Took me about 2-3 weeks to get used to it and everything settled.

Didn't they, for a while, argue incorrectly he was from South Shields and therefore an MLF?

Cancer: World-first 'Trojan horse' therapy to be given on NHS - BBC News Reading stuff like this warms the heart. Multiple Myeloma is what my Mam was diagnosed with 30 years ago. Treatment was nil, you were straight into palliative care and making whatever time you have left as comfortable as they could. So little was known of it back then that even palliative care was very much trial and error and patients were basically told not to break one of their brittle bones else it'd be game over. Mam lasted 18 months before she stumbled trying to pick something up and fell into the patio doors in our living room breaking both her arms. The advances in the past 28 years have been nothing short of remarkable. If just one family doesn't need to go through the helpless agony we did then I'm a happy man.

£134m in total?! Wow!

What an absolute fucking mess that area of the world is in, but attacking Iran's nuclear sites is bat-shit crazy even by Israel's standards. This will not end well, at all.

Can't make my mind up if club branded-adidas originals sambas are a good thing, or a bit cheesy. Anyway, Forest have released them. £95 a pair
-
Some talk this morning that Forest are identifying replacements for Elanga as they expect him to join us. Raul Moro one name being put forward.

Agreed, it's a mess, but the environmentalists are ALWAYS going to complain when heritage greenland is at risk - irrespective of any land handback for green space. I saw suggestion that the current footprint of SJP be converted to a landscaped, maintained parkland entrance to the stadium which would make sense on many levels. I don't recall this lot getting quite so animated when the decision was made to pave over most of Eldon Square. Mind you, that didn't involve football.

tbf Amorim needs at least a summer transfer window before anyone talks about sacking him. He's operating with ten Hag's nonsense. Fair to say they've already started with the overhaul you talk of.

Agreed - both squads are absolutely shite, but both will almost certainly improve.
