that's well cool! I've got 10 so far, have saved it and will go back later

James May has apparently confirmed that Richard in now talking so on that note: What's Elton John & Richard Hammond have in common? They both have skid marks on their helmets!
-
That said, I guess that once the first one came forward and said they were going to take legal action, the others would have to follow suit or it would almost seem like an admission of guilt...
-
Orange on a toothpick tbh The abscence of a neck is quite 'Bellamy-esque' too! And did you lend those shorts to Gemmill for the 5-a-side?
-
What the hell is going on with that wrist Davey-boy?
-
Mine was one I saw on another forum - I liked it so I nicked it (don't feel guilty at all seeing as all my previous home made efforts are being used by several members over on N-O) Had no idea what it was, but my daughter did!

I hope that for the sake of everyone connected with the Hamster that he pulls through and indeed does have a good recovery, but particularly for those two young kids - they must wonder what the hell is going on....

A Hutton Report-esque type fuck up??

Exclusive footage of the hamster's accident (got into a bit of spin, didn't he?) http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1569125216323959688

If it had been Clarkson, the car would have stuck to the ground - FACT!

That's what I was thinking last night Dr Ken - regardless of what happens to Hammond, I can't see the BBC allowing the crazy stuff they got up to be aired any longer. I just hope it doesn't return to the boring shit like the days when they weren't allowed to show any wheel-spinning and stuff like that - Tiff must have felt like a caged animal back then!
-
I think it was the UK landspeed record rather than the world record.
-
Incidentally, this is the thing he was driving...

Updated article from the BBC....
-
Well that's promising.... Was hopeful that it might not be as bad as they said he regained conciousness when he got to hospital. The more details that come through, the more grave the situation it seems - hope this is a sign that things are looking better though.

This one's in your court Pud. I'm on IE and it works a treat... (Will check Opera in the morning)

They've just said on the BBC News that the remains of the car was in 'many pieces' all over the runway. Sky News suggesting that the parachute which they use to slow down such high-powered vehicles may have failed to deploy...

How do you "deal" with a car flipping at 280mph? Whether it was Schumacher, Hammond or me driving it, we're all going to sustain horrific injuries. This is going to sound really morbid and horrible but a friend of mine was knocked down by a car and hit the back of her head on a lamp-post. The force was enough to leave her brain-dead and she ended up having her life-support switched off after a week. Fuck only knows what kind of trauma Hammond has sustained in this accident. That's what's really concerning. It's not so much the crash, but the trauma the body goes through as part of the deceleration process. I hate to consider the G forces he's undergone!
