  1. The first time a country not from Europe, South America or Africa aren't in a World Cup Final, football will be fuckin waterpolo because of 1,000 years of global warming. I hate getting arrogant about them, but there's little or no point NZ, Aus or the Asian countries existing in football. It's like the British in tennis, there's absolutely no point in us playing, because we're so fucking wank. Yes, OK, calm down. No need to get red-faced, it's just only morning tea right now for you there isn't it? Too early to get angry. Seriously though, man, don't try and relate yourself to cultured countries like Spain or France tbf. Doing so is embarrassing. Nothing compares. What are you on about ya daft cunt? Get to bed and pipe down convict, you drunken idiot.
  2. How does he categorically know Rooney will be fit?
  3. "Newcastle v Mansfield FA Cup 3rd Round January 2006 Dr Gloom: Well given our injury crisis and the fact that it'll be the wrong type of rain, and too much pressure on Shearer to equal the record, I fear a draw is the best we can hope for, keep it tight away and we may sneak through on penalties".

  5. Because the USA and Mexico would also be in the way which therefore wouldn't guarantee England the safe passage that you envisage here. But it does beg the question; are the current borders separating the confederations sufficient? Is Uzbekistan who are a former Soviet satellite state really Asian? Is Oceania a worthy confederation or should they be integrated into the rest of Asia like Australia has done? We can't have islander nations fighting over scraps, surely? American Samoa vs. Cook Island doesn't have any appeal does it? Australia are there to improve their own standards in football against technically superior teams and conversely we are there to improve the standards in Asian football. We provide a team who like to get physical with the opposition and it helps in the opponent's overall development that they are forced to find tactics to overcome this. And vice versa. To have competition domestically and internationally which didn't happen in Oceania has been the main attraction and will be most beneficial. But apart from that Australia's largest trading partners are all Asian, we look towards there and it is this region which keeps us afloat despite weak government. The links are stronger than you think. We are a part of the Pacific so I consider Australia a part of Asia. I think because Asian, CONCACAF and Oceanic football is so desperate, they should all be grouped in together. So perhaps 20 European teams, 5 South American, 5 African and four from Asia, Oceania and CONCACAF, then you wouldn't get the likes of Australia, New Zealand, Saudi, North Korea, Iran, Costa Rica and Jamaica making a mockery of it. There's too many shit countries in the World Cup, which is why the European Championships are always of a better quality. Nah, pal. I think when the WC is hosted by a country that is not from the continent of Europe, excluding Russia, Europe should be restricted to 5 participant teams, 6 at the most. Otherwise they waste everyone's time as history shows. Time is money and money is Asia these days, man. What purpose will England flying a team to Brazil be for example? No one cares. Do you? Shut up you stupid cunt. What an arsehole this kid is. I ALWAYS give foreigners the benefit of the doubt when talking about football, but you, you just encapsulate every stereo type going.

  7. Boro beat them there 2 or 3 times in five years, and I remember one game they were 1-3 up at half time. It's a bogey team and a bogey ground for us, but let them worry about us, no point in worrying about them because if you think too much about what quality they have you'll end up a quivering wreck, and they're no where near their best right now.
  8. Kind words from Sir Alex there but I'm not confident about this one, fingers crossed we don't embarrass ourselves and put in a similar performance as we did again City if we do come away with nothing. have you not flounced off yet ? We win a few games, and you come back, you sad arsehole. Do you still think the club is better off without Keegan and should be backing Wise and this DOF rubbish ? Wasn't your friend Fred in charge when Keegan got brassed off and resigned in 1998?? Keegan resigned in January 1997, Sir John Hall was still chairman then.
  9. I can't ever remember going to Old Trafford other than FACSF's thinking we might actually win here, even under Keegan, but I honestly truthfully believe we have a chance. The likelyhood is we'll lose 1-0 or 2-0, but I tell you what if we get the run of the ball anything could happen, because we are solid enough to keep them out for long periods. If Man Utd play as poorly as they did against Benfica we have every chance. Tiote missing is a big blow, but there's a lot to be optimistic about, even Obertan returning perhaps he can shock us all by proving a point at this old stomping ground* . Howay the toon. * I hate that saying
  10. A good few stadiums going up at the minute: Rubin Kazan, Russia 47,000 Current progress: Lille, France 51,000 Current Progress Swede Bank Arena, Stockholm - AIK Solna and Sweden NT, 51,600 Current Progress Stanley Park, Liverpool, England - 72,000 Current Progress
  11. My prediction for this player is he'll go the same way as Titi Camara or at the very, very best El Hadji Diouf. It just boils down to quality, quality passing, quality incisiveness, I've seen him for 3 or 4 years and he's pish.
  12. Hearing them groan is insta-mess. Obviously me and our lass speak in English but she talks dirty in French. 'Ahhh oouuuiiiiiiii!!!!' Sometimes followed by 'c'est tout?'. Did this echo her comments the first time she saw you naked?
  13. Summik in The Sun today saying they've spent £987,450,000 since they bought the club. Included in that was £305,000,000 debt. £305m debt??!?!! How the fuck were they surviving? Surely some mistake.
  14. laughing at a lot of the comments on this thread. £14m for a dud. Comparisons with VDV. At the end of the day Obertan cost £3m this shit mug cost £14m, he can't consistently do anything that will benefit the team, he doesn't even particularly work hard, and that's one thing you can't level at Obertan despite his ineptitudes. As I put in March and this morning, absolutely delighted he's not here, I wouldn't even want him on a Bosman. The person who said he's missed 7 easy opportunities this season? And the fucking rest, that dummy of the keeper was embarrassing just put the fucka in! He won't improve because he hasn't got the quality to improve.
  15. An eye for goal? He can't finish for shit, he's missed at least 7 goals worth of chances so far this season I think we dodged a bullet I've seen loads of Gervinho, I saw him many times playing for Lille, playing in the ANC, and in the World Cup. I've saw him enough times to categorically say he's absolutely shite. He benefited massively at Lille by playing alongside the unbelievable Hazard, Cabaye, and Sow as a great target man around them. As I said in March this year I would've been gutted had we signed him, because he has no end product, and I genuinely don't think he has the quality to bridge the difference between Ligue 1 and the Premiership. Now don't get me wrong he can dribble and take people on, but his finishing is abysmal, his end pass is abysmal, I'd be amazed if he lasts three years in the Premiership and fully expect him to be back in France at a Sochaux or a Rennes, as I said in March he's pony and give the £14m fee I'm delighted we dodged that bullet. At the end of the day if you can't put quality balls in, finish and have a shit end product, but can dribble, you should fuck off and play futsal or Cantona's beach football.
  16. Couldn't agree more. Hand on heart I don't think both would necessarily be promoted with their current teams. Boro got their best players and they were all shite in the CCC, look at Kris Boyd record SPL goalscorer of all time, he was in the Championship nearly 2 years and scored 10 goals. Exactly, even the best SPL players only get bought by Championship teams and then if a Premiership team buys them, its normally a team whos knocking round the lower end of the table. They only even sign Championship players and players who are struggling to get into Prem teams. Barry Robson, Boyd, Commons, Caldwell, Miller, Hooper, Goodwillie, MacDonald, Bougherra etc Love the songs for him though. To the tune of La Bamba, Majid, Majid Bougherra, Majid, Majid Bougherra, Majid, Majid Bougherra, is fuckin beytah than Carlos Cuellar, go go here we fuckin go Maaaaajid Bougherra, Majid Bougherra, Majid, Majid Bougherra...and also to the tune of Fernando Torres Liverpool number 9, he's 6ft3 he's goat a tan he disnae eat at Ramadan Majid Bougherra the Rangers centre half.
  17. Both would be Aston Villa type clubs at best. By that I mean for them to be here, I think the bigotry aspect would tail off big time, and that's been the key thing in fuelling their support over the years. However I maintain their supports (both of them are a myth) having 100,000 idiots in Manchester on a piss up proves absolutely fuck all, most of them just went to make cunts of themselves. Newcastle made as much money in the CCC as Rangers and Celtic made in the SPL + Europe, which shows with the additional TV money they wouldn't necessarily make more money than we do. Also when they go 10 years without winning anything which would inevitably happen their crowds would be as bad as they are now. 30,000 they've been getting for many league games recently. Pointless going in to a debate about them because they really are more insignificant than ever. The best thing that could happen to both of them is one or two other teams who could put up a SPL title challenge, and to be fair of the smaller countries your Denmark's, your Norway's, your Sweden's you'd have to say Rangers and Celtic do well when put in those terms. Anyway though, Scott Brown - nope. Only player I'd have would be Izaguirre, give him a run in the Premiership and he might develop in to a top quality player because regardless of the standard he has lots of potential particularly in an attacking sense.

  19. He's probably Celtic's best fit player and he's no where near the standard we require. We have in my eyes the best African defensive midfielder, and someone who's starting every game now in midfield for a country who were World and European Champions 10 years ago. Signing someone who is probably championship level will be a big fuck you for the supporters. The thing that makes me think it's a load of shite is the disdain which AP showed the SPL last year, saying its a lower standard than the Championship, it probably is to be fair.
  20. I think SCE should do it, me and Bass have done it every week since it started.
  21. Waalsend, Byker, Whitley Bay aal the fanny is pure classy, aal take you back to my house and fuckin smash ya pastie
  22. It's sorted. See above. Where did you find that??? Where is it?
  23. Did those three have some contagious disease or summik like? To be fair Shepherd was being dictated to by the PLC regarding Ferdinand who didn't want to go, Ginola's hoose got burgled and wanted away, while it would've been rude not to sell a crock for £14m.
  24. Two or three weeks FM I'm afraid. Had that mesel and time is the only cure as you'll just aggravate it, ah and divvint wear bampy boots next time.
  25. answer the question man Why don't you answer my questions?? Would YOU consider Europe a success THIS season? Which clubs, in your opinion, should we be competing with and for what league position?? Simple really??? for the last time, I see the long term not the short term. I don't consider a flash in the pan in terms of league positions to be a "success", and long term success WILL NOT happen while the club sells its best players and pockets the cash. Get it ? Why is 7th success for one person and 5th is failure for another ? 7th will never be success for me, but Manchester United and Arsenal whether we like it or not will always be a bigger club than we are, Liverpool are massively bankrolled while, Man City and Chelsea were behind us before Abramovic and the Arabs, while Tottenham are the role model for us they've over taken us. The dynamics of the Premiership are totally different to what they were in 2003. So from being the third or fourth club in the pecking order in 2003, Chelsea and Man City have wiped us out the water and Tottenham are a London club on the up. With the external investment in Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool, and the sheer size of Arsenal and Man Utd, even if we had the set we had on paper in 2003, then we'd be vying for the slot of sixth biggest club with Tottenham in their present form at best.
