  1. When did you last do that I fucking lose track of which teams it's Ok to like and which you have to hate in Stevie World. I'm pretty sure Man U and Spurs are both good English clubs who we are allowed to admire, but Everton and Villa are mugs, tiny clubs and have shit fans? I think. Well you're wrong Spurs, Everton and Villa are all mugs. However, the fact is Tottenham are a very, very, very good team and there's no point in stating they're not because their fans are arrogant tools. Same as the fact nobody likes Liverpool, but their 1988 team was one of the greatest in English football history.
  2. Liverpool was the second most bombed city in the UK. Can't be arsed with the rest of your post which is a mixture of opinion and ignorance. No it wasn't, I know it wasn't because i'm from near Hull and Hull was, 90% of it's buildings were damaged! Hull's still a shithole, as is Liverpool, what's the relevance? From wiki... Hull was the most severely bombed British city or town apart from London during the Second World War, with 86,715 buildings damaged and 95 percent of houses damaged or destroyed.[2] Of a population of approximately 320,000 at the beginning of the war, approximately 152,000 were made homeless as a result of bomb destruction or damage. Aye and the whole of Coventry's city center was fucked too... Coventry, Hull, Liverpool, all severely bombed... all shitholes What baffles me is right take you. You're a standard kid who has nothing to slate Liverpool for, not from the North East live in London, forget what team you support, and you're basically echoing what I think too. He denies that scousers are generally ridiculed on a national basis, and for me it's not just the fact the place is a shithole, there's loads of shitholes right round the country, it's my signature that sums it up. They're ridiculed as much for the people they are than the actual city itself, that's more collectively than individually because you do scousers who are decent though. However, I've seen this view echoed everywhere. In my work they're all Londoners, and if you mention Liverpool in any shape or form peoples faces contort, it's a national thing. They're superior to monkeys, and that's still contentious.

  4. You’re an ugly minded jealous bigot. If others don’t see it, that’s not my problem. As I’ve already stated everyone is entitled to an opinion. I think it was Ewerk who made that brilliant quote about you having a loose relationship with facts, he was spot on. Liverpool themselves started reducing their population in the 1960’s to new towns, Skem, Kirkby and Runcorn because it was over populated. This has carried on through the last few decades; there are still swathes of empty houses waiting to be demolished. Only in the last few years have the council started to allow developers to build homes in the city centre again. It hardly equates to desertion. Many did leave for work in the 1980’s but that was happening in much of the North, many came back when things got better and overall Merseyside itself has grown in population. So you admit half the population deserted Liverpool over a 50 year period? Thank you. Facts are facts, don't let emotion get in the way of the fact the population of Liverpool is HALF of what it was. Incredible stat that, and as Cleetoon said, and I said earlier the only comparison in the western world is Detroit in USA. I wouldn't know about Asia or Africa and such epic desertion of a city.
  5. I'm so obviously jealous, I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be on earth than Liverpool, and I can't think of a more communicative delightful way of speaking than Liverpudlians. Jealousy is quite obviously at the core of where I'm coming from and it's so easy for everyone to see that too. You fucking idiot. You don't even know your cities demographical history neither. Explain to this forum why you contested the fact that the population of Liverpool has halved? Explain why you said it hasn't when this graph shows it has. I thought it was common knowledge that no where in Western Europe has a big city been deserted in the numbers Liverpool has. Only scousers contest this. No doubt Thatcher and the tory government have something to do with these fiddled figures to make Liverpool look bad. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/64/Liverpool_population_history.jpg/800px-Liverpool_population_history.jpg
  6. There used to be a pub there called The Windsor and behind it was the chinkies aside Booklesses, and to this day that is the worst take away I've ever seen. 15 years am gan back nuw like.
  7. There's a belta one at Wylam who deliver to Ryton and Prudhoe by the way. Just over the bridge. Agree about the clay oven like. They do brilliant curry pizzas. Chicken chat pizza is fantastic! Didn't realise they did pizza's might give them a gan. What it is chicken chat like? Hope it's not a french/indian creole word that's all I can say.
  8. The scouse superiority line has had me smiling since this morning, I think the gypsy/North Korea/Albania analogy I used is fucking spot on. I read somewhere that Detroit in America is the yank version of Liverpool, population has halved, and the ones who remain and the city itself with its industries are examples of capitalism gone wrong.
  9. Aye you can understand the French connection there, Houllier one of the most respected figures in the French game etc...can't imagine McPish having the same pull.
  10. Me dads side probably will have done too. They lived in the Dwellings just on City Road, down from Pandon Bank, up till about 1940 for about three or four generations apparently.
  11. When did you last do that When Leon Best got a hattrick against West Ham.
  12. Well done Blackburn Rovers and Venkys giving Steve Kean a 2 year contract extension. They'll come 11th or 12th and Blackburn fans will look fucking stupid.
  13. Clink, penny dropping a naaaaaaa where it is. That explosion must've been fucking unreal, bits of rock the size of buses landing on Percy Street.
  14. Sometimes people from all walks of life, they should look at things, things they've said and conclude the best policy is just to pipe down.
  15. Cheers MF. I share your fetish for Newcastle history. I can't picture the church like.
  16. Mine isn't irrational their supporters are fucking arseholes, it's perfectly rational. Of the 12 big teams in this country the only clubs I respect are Man Utd and Arsenal, and even Arsenal fans are self absorbed.
  17. I don't think anyone has said they have, but they will finish third in my view. http://news.bbc.co.u...ll/15830552.stm Well he's a fanny but a bit of positivity does no one any harm. When Sir John Hall said in May 1993 to Ferguson "we're coming for your title",everyone thought shut up you stupid doilum, but he believed it and positivity spreads positivity, I don't see any negatives in him saying that to be honest, even if it's a bit deluded. Where do you think Tottenham will come and why?
  18. Which club outside the top 6 is capable of signing a player like Cabaye?? A french international wouldn't go to Stoke, Aston Villa or WBA they just wouldn't.
  19. I don't think anyone has said they have, but they will finish third in my view.
  20. We haven't lost at home in nearly 9 month man, and last season only one top 6 club came here and won, and we're even better now. I just shake my head at your knowledge and perception sometimes.
  21. I pet it would be a big jar of 2ps and 1ps as well.
  22. Exactly, one good game against a woeful Villa and Arry is talking about winning the league. It's not one good game though at all, that's where you're talking pish. They've won every game they've played this season other than against the Man Utd, Man City and Newcastle, and they've played everyone of note. They've only dropped 8 points.
  23. They haven't though. There absolute top earner is on 70k, it's a very very strict wage structure which is why it's unlikely Adebayor will be there next season on his 150k a week. They earn £20m more a year than us because of a number of factors. One is despite their lower capacity, we make about the same from gate receipts because being in London their ticket prices are more expensive than ours. People in the North East can't afford £72 a ticket for some games, doesn't make them any bigger than us but that's a fact. Also we used to be far better marketed under the previous regime, while Levy signs sponsorship deals comparable to AC Milan and Bayern, I don't know how he does it with a mediocre club like them but he does, and it just shows jews are the best at making money.
  24. You conveniently ignored my point about the standard of the side we had in the Championship and our reasons for being there. Look at the side we started with in 2008/2009 Given, Beye, Enrique, Coloccini, Bassong, Milner, Butt, N'Zogbia, Duff, Owen, Martins. That's a side who should've been top half, and our bench was strong too, so we weren't just a bog standard CCC club coming up (and I concede we lost a lot of those eleven). Answer the next post I made. They'd need at least five players, and no one has the financial capability to do it (other than QPR).
