I dont think any actually "hate" FF. I think most can see the good they done (not just him ofc). But also the bad (appointing souness prob the lowest point and I think even you said FF should leave if they didnt replace GS).

I said in another thread it will be interesting to see how the club handled a flit in europe. We have seen how they handle the club when it is making a loss. But with extra income from Europe it would be different. We would need a stronger squad (not just a fucking bench!) and we could potentially make profit on trading. Would they increase the wage bill to compensate for profit etc.

Love my iPad for business like. Goodreader is the best PDF reader I have found and I add all of our brochures and price lists etc on there. When we have meetings I use it to present from or just to take notes depending what Im doing and then I can email the notes to my work PC when in the office. I only have the wifi version but its all I need really. If Im working away I get a hotel with wifi and then I have SkyGo to watch whatever I like. Its also got some fantastic learning apps for the kids and books etc.

For a club of our size I would say that is the least we should be aiming for. Champions League? I think we are miles away. What I thnk will be interesting is to see how the club handles extra revenue (from europe). We have only really see how they act when we make a loss.

And Gemmill, Renton and the Grey man who can respond intelligently rather than hurl childish comments then accuse someone else of dragging the board down. You won't find a post from me saying I think its a bad thing to sell Carroll and bring in Ba and Cisse, even though I'm far from convinced about Cisse who has only turned up once and that was his debut. Nor will you find anything from me saying it "weakens our position". I have however said why not have Carroll, Cisse and Ba on the books, and as we haven't seen the Carroll money and Cisse only cost 10m quid, for a club like NUFC this is a relevant point. You are right the team will never be "finished", no team is, that is why everybody should always look to improve. Even Barcelona do that, so what is Mike Ashleys excuse, or the excuse people are finding ? I do not insist everyone is either in or out of the Ashley camp or not, anymore than people say that I insist everyone is either in or out of the "Fred" camp. I just want someone who wants the best for NUFC and knows how big the club is and shows the ambition they ought to have for the club. That will be 18 months and 3 transfer windows to spend the Carroll cash and back the manager. Will you then understand ? Because I don't think the others will, or they will never admit it anyway. Regarding Cisse. I agree in a way but it's early. Give him this season, see how he does next. Regarding the AC cash. I think the club think it is all gone. I'll tell you why (and Im not saying I agree, I just think this is their stance). When you add up the purchases since AC its around £30M including HBA. Plus the agent fees of now around £8M or something. Plus they mentioned ground improvements (training). Even without the latter you can see we are about over £35M but lets not forget we also sold £9M in Enrique and Nolan. So I think the AC arguement is dead in the water but if you think we should spend more than we make on sales then you should be asking about the money from those. Regarding the summer, I am 99% sure we will sell someone. I wont like it but it's what I expect. Whether we will sell someone and reinvest ALL of the funds, I really have no idea. My hope is that we get in to Europe and the extra revenue from that takes the pressure off the overall P&L so that we can at least break even on player sales/purchases. Oh, and we aint doing a Spurs. They have spent bucket loads. Arsenal must surely be the biggest team who dont spend (so to speak).

Haha Its easy to play with isnt it. We sold AC, Jose and Nolan. Barton wasnt sold. Cabaye, Ba, Obertan, Santon, Elliot, Cisse = £23.4 and as we know the club take into account Agent fees they will add on say £6.3 (10/11 season, not sure about 11/12) = £29.7M. Then what about HBA at £5.7M? It's all bollocks really. For anyone to say LM is 100% wrong is incorrect, but I dont stand that he is 100% right either.

Explain how he has carried out that policy in the last two years. Also explain why he spent £10m in the last transfer window if he is only interested in maintaining our place in the PL. Something like a £30 million net profit on transfers, I think its the highest in the Premier League, it says it all really. Explain how this could possibly be seen as ambition? Since 2006 our spend on transfers is (£20M) while Arsenal is (£31M). Since MA took over the club in 2007 we are (£30M) and since Arsenal moved stadium ni 2006 they are (£49M) In the 10/11 period we paid £6.3M to agents which was the 5th highest in the league (for comparison Man city spent £9M and Arsenal in 6th in £4.5M If you look at the 10/11 when AC left, since then our figures are £33.7M spent and £44.8M recouped. A net of (£11.1M) on fees (not agents) alone. If you take the AC sale as a start point then there is £1.3M left (excluding agent fees) but further sales came after (Nolan & Enrique) that lead to the over net above.

TBF if the question is about why Enrique left, you cant look at positions now. Yes we are ahead of Liverpool in the league and they have fans wanting KD out. But, that is hindsight. You have to examine why he left at the time and not look at where we are now. Whether or not Liverpool were spending wisely, the fact is they were spending and looking like going forward.

Enrique didnt move for money like. Wasnt it that he didnt even want to discuss a deal? He just didnt want to stay with the club as us selling the likes of Carroll and likely assuming Barton was on the way he assumed the club would not strengthen or progress?
