Whoa, congratulations! To be honest, I'm up at 6 every day anyway, so this whole thing is sounding like a piece of piss to me. Its the first 12 months waking at 1am and 4am that does you in

Fresh air makes mine sleep like logs. I take them to the beach or places like Gibside for a run around. Also though if they have a PM sleep for too long that doesnt help. So we poke him with sticks to wake him up

I have two now, 4 & 2 and I've kinda just got used to it. I think what's important is that you change with the kids and as a couple you get a routine between you all. I stay up late and get up early. Our kids go to bed between 7.30pm and 8pm and if they want anything or wake between then and midnight then generally I'd sort it. Usually now though they both sleep through. If they do wake at night wor lass sorts it unless one is particularly bad then we both get up. The youngest usually wakes around 6am so I get up then and give him a drink and breakfast then the wife takes over when I go out. She lets mt lie in on a Sunday usually though I struggle to stay in bed longer than 7~8am. I do think the sleep thing improves when they get to 3-4 year old. They make up for that though by learning to talk and becoming cheeky little shits

Done my usual 3 mile this morn and tried that mp3 (the 33min one). Just to see what it was like. Ill use it in the gym later in the week. Was canny. I like the basic idea behind it and the hill / interval running. The music can be canny to bizarre but you get used it. Good though, Ill certainly give it a bash when in the gym. Main thing I think is it breaks the monotony of treadmill running.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
JawD replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
We've all said many times why we thought Pardew ended up here. I also struggle to believe when he speaks. I am often starting to think he is as much in the dark as the rest of us at times. To give him credit though, where we are and how we have started given the resources he has had and how he has done, he does deserve a bit of credit so fair play. The owner is a cunt. As is his lackey. The financial performance of the club is there to be questioned. Rightly or wrongly my interpretation is that while MA might be running us on the cheap he is lowering debt but at the same time damaging the brand and as a result income from other sources (marketing, season tickets, merchandising) is on the drop. But, as in previous times my first concern is what happens on the pitch and in the last few games it's been enjoyable to watch. Some of the players are as good as we have had in a long time and playing that way. So, I'd say enjoy this bit while it lasts as we have had some winnable games and done well in them. We still have some fucking hard ones to come and Id be happy to be mid table by Xmas. Would be easier to only concentrate on what happens on the pitch and not off it were it not for the Sports Direct sticker collection our stadium has become.- 10610 replies

Skinny little white guy goes into an elevator, looks up and sees this HUGE black guy standing next to him. The big guy sees the little man staring at him, he looks down and says: '7 feet tall, 350 pounds, 20 inch penis, 3 pounds of testicles, Turner Brown.' The little guy faints and falls to the floor. The big guy kneels down and brings him to, shaking him. The big guy says, 'What's wrong with you?' In a weak voice the little guy says, 'What EXACTLY did you say to me?' The big dude says, 'I saw your curious look and figured I'd just give you the answers to the questions everyone always asks me. I'm 7 feet tall, I weigh 350 pounds, I have a 20 inch penis, my testicles weigh 3 pounds each and my name is Turner Brown.' The little guy says: 'Turner Brown?! Sweet Jesus, I thought you said, "Turn around!"

You're from walker or so right? Not much at Amble, but some cracking places around it.

Ah right, in that case aye. Preying on those with no where else to turn. No different to loan sharks tbf, less the shotgun perhaps.
-
So how would you plan to repay the loan?
-
Ive just took out a loan at 6.3% If that helps your crazy little world seem straight That was with Santander

Cheers for that. Ill get it on my phone over the w/e and try it next week.

Did a 45 minute version of this today. Fuckaroo'd. I think I'm going to give these a blast, as I went back to the gym on Monday on the rower, and my back's completely spannered again. Have you got them downloaded Jonny? There's three versions that I found. A 20 minute one that's actually pretty good if you don't have much time, a 35minute one that's the best of the lot, then the 45 minute one. Let us know what you think anyway. I've switched to going out running just this past week. Done a few runs and going out again tomorrow morning. Finding it strangely enjoyable. Is this an app or a podcast type thing? Im only doing cardio atm so do 3 days running and 2 days in the gym. I get bored in the gym though so would be canny to have something to work with.

Be a bit difficult in a static one like Where's yours JawD, is it that Amble Links site? Looks canny nice tbh. Aye Amble Links. Ive agreed a plot facing the beach (well, you can see the dunes but not the sea, unless theres a Tsunami) and Im planning on putting some decking facing the beach etc. Nice spot like, I love the Northmberland coastline. Handy for plenty other places too, like you say. I assume the Sonia thing is an Alan Partridge reference btw. Fair enough if you don't want to say like but what sort of prices are we talking about here? Just got the connection Ah nee bother. Ground rent is £2800 inc insurance per year but they do a deal with first year free so nowt to pay till end of next year. The Caravan we went for a mid-starter one. So Im paying £300 per month to buy a 2 bedroom from new. You can get three bed used for similar prices as well. I think the cheapest was around £240 per month to buy and the prices go from that to fucking mental. They reckon they dont depreciate too badly so in 6-10 years you can trade them in and still get something back if you want to upgrade. Not sure we will though as I imagine by then when the kids are older we'll be wanting to go abroad again.

Id guess just a screen dump?
