By interested in tech and computers do you mean you sit and like to play games and fiddle with your phone or do you actually do anything else? Like your graphics do you actually spend some of your free time creating them?

My concern was more to do with a lot of the country possibly straming it and whether this has any effect on the lag / qaulity? The games on the bbc work fine at the moment Well it might have an effect. dunno. I've never had any problems with the BBC online stuff though I.E F1/Tennis.

If every one at your work is watching it on-line you might have trouble. Not sure how many people you have at work and what your network set up is like though. Are you able to watch anything on BBC at the moment? it might all ready be blocked.

I send them out on loan as soon as if they are getting first team footy somewhere half decent. If they are really good though I normally keep them in the 1st squad and give them 20 mins if I'm winning. Not sure if this helps them much though.
