  1. sauce please, was that in an interview?
  2. No we made it, and agree its mostly down to Herdman. I saw him on a flight just after he took over the men's team and wanted to say hello but i chickened out.
  3. me too, only one Canada made it to as well.
  4. which one of those would you say is the group of death? seems pretty evenly distributed for a change.
  5. Is Hugo Ekitike ready for the Premier League? France football expert Julien Laurens speaking on Sky Sports' Transfer Talk podcast: "For Hugo, it’s too early to start thinking that he’ll start 38 Premier League games and score tons of goals as he’s only 19 and he’s only had one breakthrough season in Ligue 1. "However, he’s one of the most ambitious young players I’ve seen in a very long time. He knows what he wants and his ability as well. "No-one would have expected him to do so well in Ligue 1, he had injuries and worked in a team that was quite defensive. For him to score all those goals in a defensive team is quite remarkable. "I have no doubt that e will go to Newcastle and think: Callum Wilson in No 1 but I’m better than Chris Wood. Eddie Howe will want to make it good. I think he’s a really good star. "
  6. NVM, took me a bit but I have it sussed now. How many U(insert age) team's are there?
  7. so he did it in training then? maybe NUFC delayed it due to this seemingly being a repetitive injury?
  8. What am I missing, is there another France game on today?
  9. he's not listed on the team sheet for the U21's, did he do it in training?
  10. Has the Ekitike deal been finalised or confirmed?
  11. Fair enough, but the EPL is the best league in the world at the moment so don't discount the draw that would have for him. The coverage I've seen so far is him saying he's more interested in having it sorted by the time his national duties are complete so he can go on proper vacation.
  12. a fact that is only magnified by his undisguisable hatred for NUFC, it colors his opinion on everything.
  13. no Haaland in the BD side though. Still opposite to what I would have expected.
  14. As per Birmingham Live, he said: "You look at it, and you want to go away - but the only way is to get back on the horse. It's gone, behind me, now we move forward. "Newcastle is gone. It's a chapter of my football life. I want them to do well under Eddie. In a few years they might think finishing 12th and 13th mightn't have been so bad after all. "Now it's time to take West Brom forward. what a deluded fuckwit, where does he see us being in a few years??
  15. i just don't understand PIF logic here, your investment is worth more playing in the PL. You gotta spend money to make money.
