I can't programme for toffee man. I'm not the best with graphics either. I build websites, that and usability/information architecture is my forte. I love the whole usability sector of the web. That's probably the only thing keeping me interested in the industry. While we are here, who's up for a discussion on information architecture? Howay, it's a blast. No? Jesus Christ I can't believe this is still bloody going on! An argument over who is better at installing a piece of software and applying a few mods to it - big whoop! Perhaps if the respective "teams" had created their sites from scratch then at least there'd be some kind of bragging rights as to who was the better coder/designer. As it stands though, each forum is a pre-scripted message board with a few mods and specific style applied. I reckon my nan could even do that.... not really but still. For the record (and I'm only basing this on this site and N-O), I'd say that Shearergol is the better designer and HTT the better coder (sorry HTT but your graphics are rather pony ) - perhaps you should have joined forces.

Oh dear! That's iTunes lame piracy "feature" in full effect. Bit daft if you ask me cos if you go out a buy a CD then you can copy it onto as many machines as you like but you can only sync your iPod to the PC you uploaded all your tunes to... although I suppose it does stop people pirating 1000's of tunes in one foul swoop though.

Dreamweaver MX does all the coding for you, although it's a very expensive solution if you're not going to use it to it's full potential. For a quick and dirty html page why don't you just use Microsoft Word and save the document in html format?

If you're only after a simple web site then you don't need any software at all. Just create a dead boring list with all your tunes, such as: <html> <head> <title>Downloadable MP3's</title> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <meta name="keywords" content="MP3, free, download"> </head> <body> <h1>MP3's Available</h1> <a href="mp3/song1.mp3">Song 1</a><br /> <a href="mp3/song2.mp3">Song 2</a> </body> </html> Not pretty but gets the job done without the need for splashing out cash. You could even go one further and put a list of all your MP3's in something like an Access db, then create an ASP page that queries the db and lists the results.

That's not entirely true now is it. If you recall the start of the 2001/02 season he was absolute dross and many were complaining about him. That said, I'd still love to see him back!
