  1. How many of your 1,438 posts have had something to do with Leazes? I'm going to guess it's around 1,438. How many of your posts are complete bollocks? Most I would say. If I'm replying in a thread where he is talking his usual crap then I will say so so please tell me when Mike Ashley is going to do better than his predecessors ? He's had 4 years so far, and we have got nowhere near qualifying for europe even once. Sigh. The club is now a selling club, chum. You can remain as deluded as you like, but I hope you aren't continuing to spout this drivel in 4 more years which will then be 8 years of Mike's "plan".
  2. where is it ? And why is he not backing his manager with the money ? This is kids stuff. Just spent £10m on one of the best strikers from the German league to team up with BA, who together cost one third of what Carroll was sold for. Good business by all accounts and most people agree although this doesn't fit your agenda so where is the rest of the money ? Do you seriously think that a progressive club adopts a sell and replace policy, rather than build and improve ? You're mad. And clueless, but not the only one.
  3. so where is the rest of the money, if the intention is to build a better football team, club and go higher ? Why don't you back your manager, having appointed him ?
  4. Fish puffing out his chest and relishing this subject
  5. the Death penalty is quite justified for certain offences In backward countries. yep, alternatively we let them free, or give them soft sentences, which is the intelligent thing to do. We have a duty to uphold law and order and protect the public from terrorists, muggers, drug dealers and other assorted scumbags.
  6. where has the Carroll money been spent by the manager ?
  7. According to you in Ashleys pocket but I'm still waiting for the proof The team is better than it was so not sure what your hang up with the money is. where is it ? And why is he not backing his manager with the money ? This is kids stuff.
  8. torture for paedo's ? I'd vote for it. Kind of proves my point. do you have a point ?
  9. torture for paedo's ? I'd vote for it.
  10. Up to 74% want to bring back hanging. http://ukpollingrepo...g/archives/3802 Fortunately the tyranny of majority is not our way. the Death penalty is quite justified for certain offences
  11. This legislation would impact 67000 families if it goes though. Estimating an average of 2 claimants in each of those familes, that's 134,000 individuals. There ar 6,000,000 benefit claimants in this country. So 2% of benefit claimants are affected. Not quite the overhaul you're hoping for.. only 670,000 ? In that case, go ahead and let them fuck themselves. Then lower the cap further, because 26k is too high anyway [which I've already said]. Hopefully, many thousands of foreigners [and more] will decide not to bother getting onto those boats for Dover too. I've also said its more than the short term economics, but adjusting the mindset of the country in the long term.
  12. People on benefits, not working , with a council house which i'm paying for should not have a 50" plasma and skyHD no see that link i sent, within the first row of houses how many sky dishes can you see? oh woe is me, i need benefits, i can't afford this and that, but aye a £50 a month sky sub no bother, they can fuck right off. (Nevermind the fact they'll do anything in their power to avoid the work the polish and stuff will happily do here) i've a mate who works in the agency here and the stories she sends me are unreal like, major point being that millions of people who are working and earn less than 26k are subsiding those who are getting more than they are, for doing fuck all. The system encourages spongers, and is also encouraging foreigners to come to the country with no intention to work. The money will run out one day. Its all about setting up long term standards and seeing them out, we know there will be cases of genuine hardship and but you can't go down the road of allowing others to take advantage of the benefit system rather than look for jobs. The long term implications of that are dire and getting worse as the population increases [and I know people are going to give me flak for that, but its a fact and part of the problem], with no jobs for our youngsters, no prospects, already they stay on at school longer than I did because there are no jobs for them. More people are expecting more and more for nothing, where does it end ? They have got to understand that although life can be difficult, you can't have something for nothing.
  13. quite a lot of the out of towners that don't go to games get like that, not all mind, just some.
  14. We don't need high profile signings, just cover. "cover" for a team that has no chance whatsoever of getting anywhere near the top sides and finishing 7th or 8th in the league is the ultimate ? You're potty.
  15. supporting Newcastle and going to games isn't exactly on your portfolio, so you would be better off going back to your corner.
  16. Missing my point that an across the board cap negatively impacts deserving and worthy people. You're not one to concern yourself with contradiction or nuance like . not missing the point. The cap is correct, what is incorrect is the worth and methods of compensation made as per the link you made. if you want to go down the road of taking the view that we all have different sorts of sympathies, that's a different thing altogether. Is it ?
  17. How much havw we spent since Carroll left? Go on. Add it all up. WHY AM I BOTHERING Why am I bothering ?
  18. Don't blame Pardew, I'm sure he would like to buy a good right sided player, if he is given that 27m quid remaining from the sale of Carroll.
  19. BA Cabaye Tiote Santon Collo Jonas Cisse Hardly duds eh? Just didn't cost a mint which it appears is how Leazes judges a footballer, the bigger the cost the better the player We sold a £35million player and replaced him with one £10 million signing and a free transfer. Leazes logic denotes that this is simply unacceptable, and you must be a muslim sympathiser and Mike Ashley bumchum if you think otherwise. my logic says there is 25m quid left, for the manager to further improve his team ? Wouldn't you agree, or do you also accept being a selling club again, like we were under the McKeags, Seymours etc ?
  20. Yeah, cause that never happened under Shepherd..... BA Cabaye Tiote Santon Collo Jonas Cisse Hardly duds eh? Just didn't cost a mint which it appears is how Leazes judges a footballer, the bigger the cost the better the player you won't find a post from me that says it does, only ones [plenty of them too] that say if you want to attain league positions only bettered by 4 clubs over the course of 15 years, and qualify for europe more than 4 clubs over 15 years, build up your fanbase, massively increase the profile and value of the club, selling your best players and not backing your manager isn't the way to do it. By the way, I judge a footballer by how I see them play live, not on the TV, and judge NUFC by how the club peforms in accordance with their potential and desire to attempt to fulfill it. Notice you don't include Enrique in that list ? To be joined at a future date by Tiote, Krul and Ba.
  21. agreed again, nowt to do with the Church of England either. Wonder what some of other religious groups think, and if the softies say we should take notice of them, especially ones that represent foreigners or people who have only came to the country to get benefits ?
  22. that would be compensation, surely, in a different form ? http://news.bbc.co.u...ews/7716078.stm Disgusting agreed.
  23. that would be compensation, surely, in a different form ?
