Aye European stuff looks 'classier' than yank stuff. I'd say Private is my favourite production house. Rita Falatonio (Sp) is probs my fave at the moment Thought she was Italian . Viv Thomas is better than Private imo - he makes good british stuff as well. Not her real name, I'm guessing. VT is canny good like tbf. Nice thread hijack as well, although not the first one. Just thought I'd seen her in a couple of Italian pics where she seemed to be speaking (for what its worth) like a native. The brightside to the disaster might be less cluttering of the net with Japanese porn which is absolute shite imo.

Do you know what virtually means and why I used it? One black kid in a school compared with 10, 15, or even I'd guess 50% or more in London is virtually none. I'll ask the question again - who commits all the crime in the Nort East and why are the rates higher than most areas?
-
Because the Japanese aren't as poor as the blacks in New Orleans - look up the correlation between crime and poverty. Why are there high crime rates in the North East when there are virtually no blacks? you should have said that to wacky instead of following me around like an obsessed idiot. You should put more effort into your studies and try and work out the damage an overpopulated country and high immigration will do to it. We aren't a rubbish tip for the rest of the world, even your little mind should be able to see this. No blacks in the NorthEast ? haha, now you are confirming that you are out of touch and a clown to go with it. Because I think declaring that all immigrants are "wrong 'uns" is a bit more serious that Wacky's jokey comment. If you think there are an appreciable number of blacks in the NE compared with other urban areas in the the UK than I can only assume you have never, ever visited another city. Somehow, I don't think wacky means that as a joke, but of course you can tell him you know his own mind better than he does himself. Like I've said to mancmag, your last few words are a joke, but I don't need to justify myself to a do-gooder brainwashed clown like you. Probably not but he gets away with in my view because he doesn't try and justify it with bollocks like you. How many black kids were in your year at school or your kids if they went to school up here? When I was in the fifth year (1980) there were no Asians and one black kid (a doctor's son) in the entire school - what do you think are the figures for London, Bristol, Liverpool or Manchester in comparison?

I dare to recognise both "regimes" as a pack of bastards.

omg. What ivory tower do you sit in ? The one with facts to back up arguments.

I felt that I was being generous when I said it was probable there was parity. In fact I would be amazed if they weren't lower tbh. Funnily enough they also massivley outscore us on respect for the law and justice system as well.

I'd add that crime rates for LM's favourites are much lower than for "natives" as well.

Worst night of violence I've ever seen, every fucka was fighting, like literally everyone, our normal fans got some right hidings, but so did some of their's. What started it off was a rumour toon fans had stabbed a Stoke girl in a bar, and after the match it was like Braveheart everywhere, in our car park a mini bus got overturned and the police were fucking no where. Absolute neanderthals, fair enough go after toon fans who want it, but that neet I'll be honest I was scared and I wasn't a small lad at 18 but fuck me, it was a brutal night, hated them with a passion ever since. I think I've said before I went in a car with 3 mates and we were the only 4 people I know who didn't see or were on the receiving end of bother. We had a few pints in a quiet back street bar, went to the match and made it home safely. Another group of mates had their van turned over and when they went to the cop shop to report it some charver lass who'd been nicked pointed out one of the lads and accused him of assaulting her. Coppers stupidly took her word and it went to crown court in the end. The lass and all her "witnesses" turned up in shell suits and admitted after 10 seconds of questioning that she'd only got interested in pressing charges when the coppers mentioned compensation to her. Case dismissed and a complete waste of time, money and effort - apart from the lad having 6 months of hell. You're right about the small club making a name for themselves that night. Funnily enough I went there for a party a few years later on the way to Sheff wed from London (my mate's company's HQ is there and he worked there for a while) and had a bloody good time.

I like that but bottled telling it at work - lad opposite me has a Japanese wife - no friends or relatives affected but still.

Isn't there a danger of assuming the rebels are any "better" than Gadaffi? What happened in Egypt looks good and a genuine grass roots movement but the presence of the Muslim Brotherhood did look dodgy to me. I'm not saying we shouldn't do something about Libya - just that diving in and saying anyone who opposes Gadaffi "must" be good is a bit quick.

On a similar note I never watched The Sky at Night after spotting Patrick Moore at a celeb bash given by Thatcher in either 82 or 87.

Are you that bothered about a few pathetic sad little men walking round the town playing pipes? I'd be all for it every day here if it meant a paid day off. I'm not arsed like. But imagine every 12th July, the most inbred of Sunderland season ticket holders marching through the streets of Newcastle with their 2-1 and FTM banners. You might laugh at it but it'd be certain to piss off quite a few other people. Never understood why Catholics didn't/don't just stand on masse and show the marchers their arses as a response. (And vice versa obviously)

Has the number of civilian deaths dropped since Saddam was deposed? I don't know, what would have happened if he hadn't been deposed. Don't you think the world is a better place for him being deposed ? Do you think it would be a better place if Gaddafi was deposed, what will it take for you to think otherwise or the pathetic UN to sanction action ? Will he have to attack Israel , how many lives will be lost there if that happens ? Do you want more jets blown up ? Do you want his embassy staff shooting more civilians ? Why don't you stop pretending for one second that you give a fuck about any deaths of Muslims anywhere?

Surely that's a bit political?

It's horrendous in London - amateur drinker's day out. Used to have a boss who was Irish so did tend to make the effort but it's all very plastic.
-
Fair enough but it's obvious we need to wait a few days to see if the reactors are controlled. If they are then any suggestion of mass deaths in the population would be Parky territory. I meant both really - as I said originally I'm not anti-science - I've just always thought Fission was iffy. I'd love to see real urgent research on a huge scale to develop new sources - I've always been disappointed that there doesn't seem to have been that much progress in solar power in recent decades for example. Comparing the scale of deaths from a meltdown to the whole climate change scenario is fair enough but I still wouldn't want to see "only" 20000 (completely arbitrary) deaths as some kind of acceptable risk.
-
Directly yes - legacy deaths will exceed that and they were lucky with the prevaling wind in the hours after the explosion. I think its a bit early for your "its proved it's okay" position.

Is it just me that thinks that welcome mat is incomplete without a Seventies style medallion /open neck fuck off collared shirt combo?

I think it came as a bit of a suprise like. Very difficult to defend Japan's abhorrent actions in WW2, but that has no bearing on the modern day country. Their POW/scorched earth policies in China are indefensible I agree, but the actual attack on Pearl Harbour was typical global war-mongering politics with blame on both sides - the USA had imposed an oil embargo on them which was disrupting their actions in Indochina. A cynic would suggest it was very convenient as an excuse to enter the war. Of course the relevance to today is the same as people who still hate modern Germans.
-
Leaving aside Hiroshima/Nagasaki and the fact it's years ago anyway, the rank ignorance on this subject in general (probably down to Holywood as well) shows that they can't teach or learn history: The attack on Pearl Harbour was not out of the blue or unprovoked.

I caught the start of The Big Question yesterday but had to switch it off before it endangered my TV - started with a bloke saying God allowed things like this to happen and we'd only know why in the afterlife and also it was meant as test for those watching as well. Then another fuckwit said that God hadn't meant for people to live in such dangerous places - ignoring the fact that his "holy land" is an earthquake zone. Of course the real underlying view is "it serves them right for being Godless". Absolute bastards.

This is why despite being a science zealot, I've always been dubious about nuclear power. Even taking the waste issue aside, possibilities like this could make whole countries no-go areas.
