However Jol was a good manager, not the best but good enough for Tottenham. Roeder is at best a Championship manager, good honest bloke and I like him but his management skills leave a lot to be desired. Allardyce is a good manager for a small club like Bolton who don't mind watching horrible football and grinding out results because a team like Bolton are just happy to be in the division.
