Not knocking the lad but shining in that division doesn't make him ready for the PL. I do wish Hughton had kept and played him last season instead of signing Pancrate though.

Ranger should be getting experience in our first team never mind anyone elses, he's as much an attacking threat as Carroll is. He's alot quicker than any of our other strikers, and that is exactly what we need at the minute.

we've had a fear of playing young players going back years now, it was only through injuries that Carroll got the chance to prove consistantly that he's decent. It's very frustrating, like when we through Milner out on loan to Villa or found any way to not play NZogbia when he was younger.
