Was having this conversation with Craig earlier. As I'm in a bad mood I've decided we're gonna get relegated. He says not.

Yep, and I said I can see the remaining games going as follows:

Fulham A - Lose

BlackBurn H - Draw

Man City A - Draw

Portsmouth H - Win

Villa A - Lose

Everton H - Win

Bolton H - Draw

Man Utd A - Lose

Liverpool H - Lose

Charlton A - Draw

Spurs H - Draw

Boro A - Draw

Wigan H - Win

Sunderland A - Win

West Brom H - Win

Brum A - Lose

Chelsea H - Lose

Charlton H - Win

That'll give us 50 points - more than enough to stay up, I'd hope....

I'd agree with that, apart from the one's you've put 'Win' next to.

How about.........

Fulham A - Lose

BlackBurn H - Draw

Man City A - Lose

Portsmouth H - Draw

Villa A - Lose

Everton H - Draw

Bolton H - Lose

Man Utd A - Lose

Liverpool H - Lose

Charlton A - Lose

Spurs H - Lose

Boro A - Lose

Wigan H - Draw

Sunderland A - Draw

West Brom H - Win

Brum A - Lose

Chelsea H - Lose

Charlton H - Win

Who's going to score the goals we'll need to win matches and take the pressure of the defenders? They make enough mistakes as it is, compounded by the fact they know conceding just 1 goal nowadays makes it a battle to get anything from a match. They're likely to make even more errors at the back under those circumstances.

Pretty much what I was saying to him earlier. Agree with most of those result predictions too.

Look on the bright side, at least if we get dragged into a relegation scrap we have the best team spirit in the league to fight our way out of it.

78920

Some will actually agree with that, mate.

78927

How could they not agree, Souness, McDermot and Anal Oliver have all in the past said/reported its the best ever team spirit so it must be true!!!

Seriously though i have never feared relegation and i still don't even with the world biggest prick in charge. What i have always feared was mind numbingly dull and depressing notthingness, not relegated but not challenging for anything, no entertainment, no hope and being angry at the match all the time!

If we lose our next couple of matches I think you might start fearing the worst.
