I was heading for E Timor on business after a week in Cairns on hols but its all had to be rejigged due to the Politcal Situation - so I am "stuck" in Bali for 6 days of meetings here instaed

 

sometimes you believe there really IS a God.......................

I saw Bob Geldof in Houston. He was having lunch in the same restaurant I was in. What a scruff he is! Had to explain to the waitress why he was famous (she had had a call from her boss saying someone important was coming in. She mistakenly assumed it was Geldof and not me).

the Oberoi in Seminyak tbh - business of course - and mixing with the beautiful folk at Ku De Ta in the evening................. bagus sekali!!!

 

 

The folk I was supposed to see in Dili had to get out by walking along tohe beach to the airport as the gunfire was too hot on the road..

 

and I misssed the Java earthquake as well - it was yesterday morning but didn't notice a thing in Bali

An industrial oven and it only goes up to 42C? Mine goes up to at least 600, you can cook pizzas in and all sorts. :D
