But Dave is the one who exposed that particular weakness in this thread, so he got the treatment! I would fancy getting the laser treatment done too. Thing is, the shape of your eyes change over time. You may find for instance that your vision improves with age. However, if you get it "fixed" to the optimum, then it might go downhill with no way back. I don't know too much about it but I have heard these are real risks. It's well known that you will still require reading glasses in later life as your eyes change, and they tell you this before you go through with the procedure.
