She is fucking class. Backstory if you've missed it, she was on her way in to the Capitol building yesterday when this Rep Yoho stopped her and told her that she was "disgusting" for saying that crime goes up when poverty goes up, and then called her a "fucking bitch". Then tried to hide behind having daughters, having a wife, and being a man of god. Like a cunt.5 points

Nailed on this was Charnley falling for a Nigerian Prince email.3 points

Not a chance - typical politician who only believes what he says, and does not accept criticism when it does not fit with that POV2 points

There should definitely be an option for adults to buy replica shirts without the sponsor logos. Footballs relationship with gambling does my fucking head in. It’s absolutely none stop bullshit. Advert after advert.2 points

I wouldn’t be buying it anyway so it makes no odds to me. Black & white stripes, it does the job. It’s amazing that they’ve failed the task several times mind.2 points

It the “left” as they like to call themselves keep relentlessly attacking Starmer we get to have a Tory Government forever Juxtaposed to the current shower of shite in Government, Starmer is de facto extreme far left. I think post Corbyn people get their kicks being in opposition. Let people starve as long as we get to complain about it on twitter.2 points

I don’t know a lot about babies but I know they keep getting bigger and they do it quite quickly. 40 quid is a complete joke.1 point

The way they hide behind their faith too. Not that I believe in the idea of Jesus being the son of god (or there being a god) but they seem to go completely against his teachings anyway. Like just claiming to believe makes the contradictory behaviour irrelevant. I agree though, she’s brilliant.1 point

The justification many give for it is fucking pathetic too. Like football needs it to sustain itself. Like the top flight players would suddenly all become sparkies or whatever if they suddenly found themselves earning £50k instead of £80k per week1 point

It was either that or let the wife put on Married at First Sight: Australia. In hindsight I made the wrong choice.1 point

The only thing which matters to Trump is money. Her having a corrupt father who ripped off his employees sounds just like the sort of person he would love to hang out with - as well as paedophiles, of course.1 point
-
This is the only explanation as far as I can see, and it is pathetic if true. While this is hardly the biggest investment by PIF or KSA, there is a contract in place and presumably the only way out of it is if the PL reject the buyer. The PL is being derelict in its duty. Time to shit or get off the pot!1 point

Nobody made a fuss about them getting money from a company owned by the Saudi state. It is getting really ridiculous now. I also can’t see how a confidential process does stop them from giving information about a time frame. The PL is more concerned about it’s business partners than protecting a member.1 point

I’ll think you find an 15 goal win for Luton and a 6-0 win for Charlton sees them down so I’ll have less of these “facts” and “stats”1 point
-
Aye definitely. You just have to look at how the usual media twerps, like Delaney, were framing it when there were rumors the Saudis were interested in buying Manchester United versus how they reacted to our potential takeover. The PL would have felt nigh on no pressure to wave the deal through, they’d have probably got it through before Bein were able to kick up any fuss.1 point
-
How can there be any legal basis for other clubs objections being taken into consideration though? I think you’re probably correct but I think this puts the PL on very dangerous ground from s legal standpoint. I think DK is probably correct too but I can’t see that defeating the Saudis either.1 point

They have turned it into an absolute farce. Watch when another club wants to be taken over with Rose West, Jimmy Saville and Hindley as directors and see how it goes through with no issues.1 point

The thing is Stokes is constantly getting better and Smith is a cheating cunt. Plus he looks like a ventriloquists doll that’s been picked out of a pond.1 point

Exactly this, he had an open goal opposite him for ages and just didn't have the wherewithall to take any sort of advantage, he was unelectable to loads of folks who could see/knew the Tories were utterly shit, but he managed to come over even shitter1 point

It's following the Trump path of a scandal every other day where it gets to the point that people just don't care. But with Trump it has had a cumulative effect and with coronavirus thrown into the mix it looks like it's been enough to finish him. I think Starmer recognised this which is why he doesn't go for full throated attacks at every opportunity. The public become immune to it if that's what you do.1 point

I'm not a fan of Dawn Butler and I think it was a ham fisted way of asking this question but it was the right question to ask. We've ordered 30 billion pieces of PPE and received 2 billion. Hundreds of millions of pounds were given to companies that appear unqualified to supply the required items. I know there was a massive panic on to get PPE at the time but there doesn't appear to be any admission that mistakes have been made and that there's been any effort to reclaim money from those who have failed to supply them. I feel there's a massive scandal brewing here.1 point
